I really appreciate the fact that throughout the install they asked if we had questions. They also thoroughly inspected my entire unit. They replaced both the outdoor and indoor unit components. Opach's A/C also installed a new wireless thermostat. This thermostat allows us to check the temperature of the home when we are away and to adjust it while away as well. It also checks the weather. Opach's A/C & Heating staff and crew were very professional, and their services were competitively priced and they did a great job. I've had my unit for several days now and it's still working wonderfully. I will definately use Opach's A/C & Heating again."

I asked them to cancel the AC service calls, which they said they did, but the phone calls for AC service kept coming. Finally, one man called last week and said they needed to do heating service. When the technician came today, I asked what he was here for. He said he was told that my AC was not working. Conway is driving me crazy.
