"After a little confusion scheduling an appointment thru Home Adviser (I do not believe it was Sparkling Pools fault) they ended up coming out the day my pool opening was scheduled despite the owner not realizing the work was actually scheduled that day. Initially he said he probably wouldn't have time to open my pool but despite that he actually did all the work that same day! My pool was disgusting because of a old ripped pool cover but the owner and his assistant worked almost to dark cleaning it, adding chemicals and even measuring my pool for a new cover quote. My final bill (although not cheap) came in under what he initially told me it would be. I will be using Sparkling Pool Service again!"

"These people are reliable and honest. The estimate included fixing the swimming pool light and all the leaks around the fitting. They came when they said they would and their work performance was top notch. They found areas that weren't needed anymore and cut them out and the light didn't need replacing just the gasket. "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
