"Beware! I hired them to install a 30amp outlet for a camper, upon inspection it did not pass and WAS NOT SAFE. The wrong amp size wires were used and the wires under the plastic was exposed and almost touching which could have been potentially very dangerous. The company admitted fault upon contact that the technician needed and would get additional training. They would not partially refund at all for their improper work, even though they have a warranty they boast about and a slogan that says if your not thrilled you’re not billed and sundays are for God. Very disappointed, if I had to do over again I would have chosen Atomic Electrical who fixed their faulty and dangerous work."

"They arrived at my home On February 20 around 12:30 PM. I arrived at the home shortly after he walked me through what they were going to do and what needed to be done. I paid him and left the property to return to work as the owner said I did not need to be here if I needed to be somewhere else. I returned home at 8:45 PM where I found the workers still present but not inside the home. He stopped me outside. Told me he needed to come back and cook some Things to finish up and that he would come out and do it around dinner time tomorrow February 21. Upon entering the home, I assessed the floors where I found gaps from 0.5 to 1 inch some of them up to 2 inches. The boards were not cutting straight lines. The gapping is not the same all the way across they piece together the boards, but not in an orderly fashion. The floor is not even it is raised in the middle of my living room and my bedroom, there are several pieces that I cannot slide my foot over. I contacted the owner immediately. Let him know that I was not happy with the job. He told me that he would personally come out and take a look at it and then texted me back that he would send the workers back the next day February 21 to repair the job. I told him that I didn't see that it was repairable unfortunately he suggested putting a thin piece of plywood to even it out. I explained to him the damage to the floors around where they were placed in the flooring. I provided him with pictures upon cleaning the next day the mess that they had left and did not clean. I found damage to my brand-new dryer. I had just purchased this dryer within the month. I have scratches now all over it and it's damaged in the front. I sent the owner a picture letting him know that his employees were no longer welcome in my home and the only response I got back was OK."

"I called a Thursday after storms blew in and knocked my weather head off the building and wires on the ground. He said he would take a look the next day and see what could be done. Called the next day and said he would have the work done in a few hours! I was so glad I was giving his information and was able to work with Dustin! The work was done exceptional and professional. "Our master bathroom remodeling went extremely well. Jeff Wellman and his team of Nate and Tom started on the date promised, showed up on time every day, and completed the project as scheduled. Jeff was a big help in providing practical advise on where to locate the vanity, transom windows, shower, tub, lighting, etc. His years of experience lent itself to making sure everything looked professional and cohesive. Jeff and team aren't afraid to venture into new territory. The LVT floor we picked out was one they hadn't installed before, but they studied and followed the directions to the letter and it looks fantastic. Also the freestanding whirlpool/air bathtub we bought was one they hadn't encountered. It didn't matter as they figured it out quickly and installed it perfectly. Wellman Custom Remodeling handled our project as almost turnkey including: painting the room, installing transom windows, vanities, floor, electrical, exhaust fan, drywall repair, and tiling, Jeff handled the subcontracting of the plumbing and glass installation for the shower. The only outside contractor was Mega Granite who measured and installed the granite under Jeff's guidance. We are very proud of our new bathroom and we're enjoying it very much!"

"Last year in 2024 I hard them to come and remodel my kitchen and flooring. I am disabled and I have a hover around which I can take outside. However when the weather got warm I was going to take my hub around out into the yard but the door frame was too small from what it used to be. I called and asked if they could come and modify the door frame and they were quick to respond and modified my door frame from the kitchen out to the porch. Now I can take my hub around outside and enjoy working in my flowers. I highly highly recommend Robin's remodeling. They are a fantastic crew and deserve nothing but the best.
