Because my business lights are not turning on for some reason. So I called them they charged me emergency fees of $450 upfront to dispatch the guy from 2hours far from my location. And before he arrived we managed some how to turn on the light. So it was photocell I had just gone bad.. upon arriving we told him the situation n he said yea we will come tomorrow and fix the photocell. For $30 cheap photocell they put and charge me again $500 for them to come out and put photocell. Which is unfair for us that we already paid $450 upfront for emergency and the guy didn?t do anything? but anyways today 5/9/25. I called because somehow the photocell had gone bad again and all my lights are on.. even the weather is clear. So I called then told me oh it was only warranty for 30days. But the installation guy told otherwi"

"We replaced the original roof on our house. I expressed my concerns about re-installation of the lightening rods to my roofer. We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. He fixed those and now I have a new roof and I am certain the lightening rods will work as intended. Highly recommend this company."
