Carpet Installation
They didn't give me any papers for guarantee of the work. Now my flooring is coming up. When I called them about this problem, they informed me that it was a problem with a former employee of theirs. Apparently the employee was taking the phone calls and giving the work to his brother, Larry, who was working falsely as this company. Carpet Concepts told us that they were sorry and that they fired the person who did this, but they made no other attempt to rectify the situation. I can understand that they didn't get receive the funds for the work, but on the other hand I had contacted their company. Now I still have a messed up floor, and am out more money for the work than it should have cost.

Carpet Concepts was prompt and provided high quality materials at a very competitive price. They did wood flooring and put in carpet. The owner checks on the work sight personally and does a follow-up phone call to make sure you are satisfied.

CARPET CONCEPTS WAS GREAT. MARK MCDANIEL IS PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE US MANY CHOICES AND PRICE RANGES TO CONSIDER. HE WAS WILLING TO COME OUT INNUMERABLE TIMES WITH SAMPLES, AND HE WAS HERE WHEN THE INSTALLERS CAME TO OUR HOME TO REMOVE THE OLD CARPET FROM OUR HOME.
