It was a bit confusing because my husband and I measured windows and went to home depot to pick the blinds for 5 windows.  Home Depot had a deal for installation of all blinds for 1 price, so we decided to add a blind/sheer for our kitchen sliding doors to the order.  The installer came out to measure and told us that we would not like the blinds we ordered for the 5 windows because they would be heavy and the internal mechanism would wear out quicker.  He also told us that what we planned for the kitchen sliding glass doors was not going to work either because of the type of blinds that we chose.  Apparently, they were extremely difficult to install.  (Please understand that getting my husband to agree to any window treatment is difficult at best and my husband is very picky about certain types of window treatments. The window treatments we chose were chosen with much research, thought, and discussion.  Additionally, many types of window treatments my husband won't allow in our home.) The installer put my husband into a panic with his statements and we rushed back to the store to talk with the sales rep. who managed to reaffirm that what we had chosen  would work for what we wanted it to do and would last.  I really did not appreciate this installer's criticisms of our selection because of the 1/2 day we lost racing back and forth from home depot.   More importantly,  I  did not appreciate this installer's comments because of the time I spent getting my husband to agree to a selection of window treatments that we felt would fit our needs and now my husband was thinking his decision was not sound.  These window treatments were a major investment for us. The cost noted is only the cost of the installation. 
All the window treatments were sent directly to our home.  The installer called to set up a time to come and install.  He said he would be here between 3-5 and it was closer to 5pm when he arrived.  He was very organized, neat, methodical and installed the window treatments without further criticisms.  We are a recycling family, so his request for a garbage bag, was ignored and all cardboard went into recycling and other packaging materials went into our "family garbage can" for disposal the next day.  Extra screws, rubber bands and etc. were recycled for future projects instead of put into the garbage. He did not offer to take the waste with him and I figured that if he was asking for a garbage bag, we would be responsible for disposal. 
Home depot came back to us after we accepted their offer of one price for all window treatments to be installed wanting to charge us $50.00 extra to install  the "difficult" kitchen sliding glass door blinds/sheers that we chose after this installer visited and measured.  (We had told him what we were ordering and he was frank and told us that these blinds/sheers were extremely difficult to install).  Since the blinds/sheers were already ordered, after a "satisfaction" note to the manager, the manager agreed that all 6 window treatments would be installed for the price in the offer we accepted (no $50.00 extra).  
The installer ran into some trouble with installing the window treatments in our kitchen because the horizontal bracing across the sliding glass doors was not where it should have been.  He had to use extra long screws which he carried on his truck. He did need to use white gloves to install the vertical blinds/sheers in the kitchen.   He did not vacuum the wall dust after he finished his work on any of the windows.  I would use him again for instillation because he is very good at installing.  However, I would not have him come out ever again when my husband is home-especially if my husband had been involved in the window treatment selection process. This installer should be told to keep his opinions about customer's selections to himself.  Home Depot employees need to honor their deals/offers and make installers honor their deals.  They should not be coming back to ask for more money after the deal/offer was accepted.

I AM WRITING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE JUST ABOUT EVERYONE ORDERS SOMETHING ON-LINE.MY COMPUTER HAS BEEN HACKED INTO ALREADY SO, I DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM IT. I WANTED TO BUY SOME NEW DOORS AND WHEN HOME DEPOT HAD A SALE IN JULY (4TH) I PRINTED OUT COPIES OF THEIR SMOOTH 2-PANEL EYEBROW TOP PRIMED MOLDED INTERIOR DOORS. I NEEDED EIGHT DOORS AND WENT DOWN TO HOME DEPOT. I WENT TO THEIR FRONT DESK FOR HELP PLACING MY ORDER. THE GIRL QUICKLY SAID SHE COULDN'T HELP ME, I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE DOORS DEPT. AND DIRECTED ME TO IT. I WAITED FOR QUITE AWHILE AND THEN A VERY NICE PERSON ( SO I THOUGHT) HELPED ME. i GAVE HER THE PRINTED OUT COPIES OF THE DOORS THAT WERE ON SALE AND SHE LOOKED AT THEM AND MADE COPIES OF THEM. I WAS SITTING AT A TABLE AND SHE WAS STANDING WITH THE BACK OF HER COMPUTER FACING ME. ALL SEEMED TO BE GOING WELL, TILL SHE WALKED OVER TO A GROUP OF DOORS BEHIND US AND POINTED OUT A DOOR. SHE ASKED IS THIS THE TOP YOU WANTED ON YOUR DOOR. I LOOKED AT THE DOOR AND QUICKLY SAID NO,NO, THAT DOOR HAS A SQUARE TOP AND I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HOW SHE GOT SO FAR OFF-BASE. ALL THE DOORS I GAVE HER COPIES OFF HAD AN ARCHED TOP. I TOLD HER THE TOP WAS CALLED AN EYEBROW LIKE THE DOORS I GAVE YOU A COPY OF. THEN SHE ASKED ME TO COME OVER TO HER DESK WHERE SHE HAD A BOOK OUT. SHE ASKED ME IF THIS WAS THE TOP I WANTED. NOW I WAS GETTING SCARED, WHAT WAS ALL THIS ABOUT. THE COPIES OF MY DOORS HAD ALL THE PRODUCT NUMBERS AND INTERNET NUMBERS ON THEM , WHY WAS SHE LOOKING IN THIS BOOK ? I SAID YES THAT LOOKED LIKE THE TOP, BUT I ASKED HER IF THIS WAS THE SAME DOOR? SHE SAID OH YES, THIS IS THE SAME DOOR, BUT I WASN'T REASSURED, SO I ASKED HER AGAIN. YOU'RE SURE THIS IS MY DOOR THAT IS ON SALE AND I HELD UP MY PAPERWORK AGAIN. SHE ASSURED ME EVER SO PROFUSELY IT WAS THE SAME DOOR ON SALE. A SHORT TIME LATER SHE WAS PRINTING OUT THE PAPERWORK AND MENTIONED THAT THE SALE PRICE WASN'T SHOWING ON THE PAPERWORK. I GOT UPSET AGAIN, BECAUSE EVERYTIME I PRINTED OUT COPIES OF THE DOORS ON-LINE, THE SALE PRICE WAS REFLECTED. I MENTIONED THAT TO THE LADY AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD CHANGE THE PRICE HERSELF. IN THE END, TWO OF MY DOORS NEVER GOT THE SALE PRICE, BUT I WASN'T GOING TO ARGUE ABOUT IT ANYMORE. THE DOORS ON THE RECEIPT I GOT FROM HER AS I WAS LEAVING  SAID THIS IS WHAT I PURCHASED:
MOLDED INTERIOR DOORS SLAB ONLY GAVE THE SIZE AND A NAME I HAD NEVER SEEN BEFORE "PRINCETON." I THOUGHT THIS WAS REALLY ODD, BECAUSE NOWHERE ON MY ON-LINE PRINTED COPIES  DID IT SAY THE DOORS WERE CALLED PRINCETON. I STUPIDLY ASSUMED ALL WAS WELL.
MY DOORS CAME AND THEY WERE 2 PANELLED DOORS. I WANTED THE DOOR HANDLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TWO PANELS. HOWEVER, THE MIDDLE OF THE DOOR IS ONLY 291/2 INCHES FROM THE BOTTOM. A "NORMAL" DOOR HANDLE IS 36 INCHES ON A DOOR. THIS LOCATION IS 6 INCHES FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE FIRST PANEL AND ISN'T VERY APPEALING TO ME OR MY FAMILY. I HAD NO IDEA WHERE A DOOR HANDLE IS PLACED(INCHES) TILL YESTERDAY WHEN MY CONTRACTOR POINTED IT OUT TO ME. IN FACT HE SAID HE HAD NEVER SEEN SUCH AN ODD PLACEMENT OF THE PANELS.
I WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO RETURN THESE DOORS. I DIDN'T HAVE THE DOORS WITH ME BUT I WENT WITH MY PAPERWORK AND ASKED THEM TO PICK UP THE DOORS ( I DON'T HAVE ANY WAY TO RETURN THEM) AND I OFFERED TO PAY THEM. THEY TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE A RE-STOCKING FEE ALSO. THE RETURNS PERSON SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME LATER IN THE DAY WITH MORE INFORMATION. MUCH LATER IN THE DAY SHE CALLED AND SAID BECAUSE THIS WAS A "SPECIAL ORDER" THAT HER MANAGER WOULD HAVE TO CALL ME. I WAITED ALL DAY TILL AFTER 5PM AND THEN I CALLED THE STORE. THEY SAID THE MANAGER HAD STEPPED OUT AND WHEN HE CAME IN THEY WOULD TELL HIM TO CALL ME. NOW IT IS AROUND 7 PM AND I CALLED AGAIN, I WAS PUT ON HOLD AND HUNG UP ON. I CALLED AGAIN AND NOW THE MANAGER I SPOKE TO SAID POINT BLANK "THEY COULDN'T TAKE THE DOORS BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE "SPECIAL ORDER DOORS." I ASKED HIM WHAT WAS MAKING THESE DOORS "SPECIAL ORDER DOORS ? HE SAID ANYTHING YOU ORDER ON-LINE THAT ISN'T STOCKED IN THEIR STORE IS CONSIDERED A "SPECIAL ORDER" AND THEREFORE NOT RETURNABLE. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE 90 DAY RETURN POLICY ON ALL THE COPIES OF MY PAPERWORK ? I HAVE HAD THESE DOORS LESS THAN A MONTH, WAITING FOR MY CONTRACTOR.  I WOULD LIKE HOME DEPOT TO HONOR THEIR 90 DAY RETURN POLICY THAT IS STATED RIGHT ON THE INTERNET. IT DOESN'T SAY IT IS NOT RETURNABLE IF YOU BUY IT ON-LINE. OR DID THE SALESPERSON PULL A FAST ONE ON EVERYONE AND "SPECIAL ORDER" DOORS SIMILAR TO THE DOORS I REQUESTED? DOES SHE GET A BONUS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS ?

Tile arrived and was installed in a timely manner and workmanship was very good.  The balance of job was to be completed on Monday but due to a worker accident the installation was postponed until Tuesday,  Furniture was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday and I was told that the installation would be completed on Tuesday.  The installing company pointed out that the amount of carpet ordered was not enough to finish the job, the master bedroom, 2 closets and hallway would not be carpeted. I called Home Depot flooring department and they claimed to have no idea of what I was talking about.  I called the installing company and they made the extra effort to get a remant large enough to cover the foam padding so that the furniture would not it directly on the pad which would leave indentations with out the carpet.  Home Depot advised they have ordered more carpet and and will call me with the expected arrival date when they get the delivery information.  
Throughout this process Home Depot has not done a good job of communication or taking immediate corrective steps without me calling over there  times.  I was planning on replacing kitchen cabinets, installing granite counter tops and new appliances, but now will I will reevaluate.  I have used Home Depot flooring in 3 houses and the process always went smoothly. .......

I've had some issues but they quickly resolved it. The warranty on these windows is lifetime through Home Depot. The price were comparable, I've had a couple of estimates. They weren't the lowest and they weren't the highest.

Home Depot did a very good job. The detail and it was only small hitch and that was the assembler was behind time. They sub contract everything out and we discussed that with Home Depot and they were apologetic. It was done efficiently and on time and well and we are very pleased with it. The price was fair.
