I thought my plumber is Kansas was the best, but having now worked with Marc, and being retired in the Johnson City area, I will NEVER use another plumber. Marc and his team re-piped our 9,000+ sf house, and he kept me informed the entire time. He showed off his work, wanting me to see his artistry. Instead of cutting corners, saving him time and money, Marc took an extra 2 hours working a series of connections to ensure it was a quality line running to an obscure outside house in the far corner of our house. He also insulated our hot water return for energy efficiency and extended it further than first mentioned to ensure we had hot water at every single faucet in less than 5 seconds.
