"This is to update my last review from Feb 2018. DO NOT do business with this company. I was given a TWO year warranty on the installation of my unit. It expires in a month. My unit has pulled away from my house. YES, you read that right. The unit was installed on an unlevel area with mulch and pea gravel underneath the fiberglass pad that the unit sits on. The owner of the company claims that it is a landscaping issue. Again, YES you read that right. This company does not, I repeat- DOES NOT, honor their warranty. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company."

"I was noticing rust along the bottom of my aging water heater. I called Marvin, and he was actually at my house in about 12 minutes. He looked at the heater and suggested some less expensive things to try short of replacing the water heater. I ended up deciding to just replace it. He had the job done quickly at a fair price. It's working great. Thanks, Marvin."

"My sewer line broke during really cold weather around Christmas. A + did come out two days after I called and checked the problem. After paying $300 that day for a 30 minute visit they sent a couple guys out the next day to dig up my yard. The guys came and worked in the rain (which I really appreciated) and got my line temporarily fixed where they put one piece of new pipe and a curved piece to connect new pipe with old pipe. I didn't want the curved piece but realized they would be back to finish when he weather was better. I asked them to replace the whole line to the road where the city line started. When they returned they simply covered the line and didn't replace the rest like I had requested. They left the curved piece covered it and left. I received a bill and mailed the check in full (a whole months salary by the way on top of the $300 already paid) and wrote a letter asking them to come back and at least fix my yard. I received a call saying they would and after more than two months they have not fixed my yard. I feel like they took advantage of me and I hope I don't have other issues since they didn't replace the whole line like I asked. It is also very frustrating being told they would come back and fix my yard back and they didn't honor that."

"Marc is truly a craftsman who loves his job. I have worked with plumbers across the US with each military move and Marc far surpassed every one. I thought my plumber is Kansas was the best, but having now worked with Marc, and being retired in the Johnson City area, I will NEVER use another plumber. Marc and his team re-piped our 9,000+ sf house, and he kept me informed the entire time. He showed off his work, wanting me to see his artistry. Instead of cutting corners, saving him time and money, Marc took an extra 2 hours working a series of connections to ensure it was a quality line running to an obscure outside house in the far corner of our house. He also insulated our hot water return for energy efficiency and extended it further than first mentioned to ensure we had hot water at every single faucet in less than 5 seconds. These are just a few examples of his dedication to customer satisfaction. I rarely give reviews because I am a hard one to please, but Marc deserves every kind word imaginable when it comes to dedication, customer satisfaction, honesty, and integrity.
