Marc is truly a craftsman who loves his job. I have worked with plumbers across the US with each military move and Marc far surpassed every one. I thought my plumber is Kansas was the best, but having now worked with Marc, and being retired in the Johnson City area, I will NEVER use another plumber. Marc and his team re-piped our 9,000+ sf house, and he kept me informed the entire time. He showed off his work, wanting me to see his artistry. Instead of cutting corners, saving him time and money, Marc took an extra 2 hours working a series of connections to ensure it was a quality line running to an obscure outside house in the far corner of our house. He also insulated our hot water return for energy efficiency and extended it further than first mentioned to ensure we had hot water at every single faucet in less than 5 seconds. These are just a few examples of his dedication to customer satisfaction. I rarely give reviews because I am a hard one to please, but Marc deserves every kind word imaginable when it comes to dedication, customer satisfaction, honesty, and integrity. My family could not be happier or more pleased with a plumber than Marc Francis and his team. Truly, a job exceedingly well done!

They were excellent, promt, and clean

Felt a Bit Scammed! Grandmother had a leak that caused mold under her kitchen sink. We called Marc Francis for repairs. The repairs cost over $4000. When the job was "completed," the initial problem for which we called them about was not repaired. They now want to charge her an additional $3500 to fix the problem we initially called them to fix! Yes, their customer service was good, but I think it can be a little blinding/misleading concerning the actual services they offer.

Very professional, quickly isolated the problem, thoroughly checked all possible areas for leaks, made recommendations and quote quickly. Took great pains to ensure the yard was left in excellent shape, took precautions with appliances and fixtures when turning water off and on. Would highly recommend this business!

Marc Francis Plumbing has been excellent to work with as we have had a recurring problem since buying our house, and are having to go through a warranty company. They are always professional and pleasant, and have gone above and beyond to provide necessary services even when the warranty company has been difficult. All employees have been friendly and professional, and have cleaned up after completing their work.

In a very timely and professional manner

Everything went well. Leaky pipe was quickly and easily fixed. The water pressure issue, which was believed to be a faulty pressure reducer, was found to be just miscalculated. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Andrew performed the service and did an excellent job. He arrived slightly ahead of the scheduled time and was very clean at a very fair price. This is the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with and I will definitely use them for future issues.

One didn’t even return my call til the next day and the other just said they couldn’t help. I called Marc Francis and the lady was extremely nice and sympathetic. This company was sent by my American Home Shield warranty, Kevin and Michael are the two guys that handled the service call. They were very nice, clean and did a great job and left the job site completely cleaned up, I would HIGHLY recommend this plumbing service.

It went fantastic. Marc ordered the proper valve, picked it up, installed it, and observed another problem that needed addressing with the venting of the heater. Marc Francis Plumbing is the only plumbing contractor I have found worth anything in the Tri-Cities area. They are prompt, reliable, do quality work, and charge fair prices. You never have to follow behind them to clean up anything or make sure the work was done right. They're so good I almost hate to leave them a review, because they're the best kept secret around here when it comes to plumbing work, and if I had enough work I'd keep them to myself. Just a great outfit all the way around, from the office to the field.

The MFP guys did a great job; worked through lunch and a swarm of yellow jackets from a ground nest. By afternoon, I had water service again. The guys worked tirelessly, were always pleasant and professional. I will use them again. Mark also stopped by to check on the job, and lend his expertise. I appreciated Mark and his wife's willingness to go to this length on a Sunday afternoon. A very nice touch.

Marc and his crew showed up on time and truly went above and beyond. I am an army vet and these folks really made me feel at home in my new community. You may have to wait a few days (unless its a true emergency) because Marc stays busy and his services are in constant demand. His wife / business partner Joya does the scheduling and she is absolutely wonderful to work with as well.

Marc and Tyler were friendly and professional during their evaluation. Marc observed that replacing the original galvanized pipe would be very costly as the line runs beneath both our driveway and a set of concrete steps. He recommended running a new PEX line in such a way that we could bypass the steps and cut across the driveway with a small, clean channel that would be easy to repair. They returned on Saturday morning and did just that, completing the entire job in about five hours: much faster than I'd expected. I couldn't be happier with the quality and speed and of their work. All told, we were without water for less than 24 hours thanks to their outstanding service.

Plumbing techs diagnosed problem and quickly worked to replace the unit. Office support (Joya) was also exceptional. Professional, hard-working people. These folks will get all my plumbing business.

Not Good. Wayne arrived and said they did not install that type of outdoor faucet. Said he could not work on it. He only wanted to put in his faucet and redo the cutoff valve in the house to a tune of $550.00. We did not feel comfortable with his assessment . He charged us $100.00 and he never got a tool box out! I called the orginal plumber, they came and replaced a washer and only charged $48.00. I WILL NEVER call Marc again. I thought all plumbers could work on any type of faucet. Now i know.

He was awesome. He really went out of his way to do a good job. Actually did additional work for me on my toilet and corrected that. He did a great job and is very reasonably priced. I will highly recommend him.

Went great. marc is very professional and obviously really knows what he's doing. He was prompt and considerate of my requests. He has a hard working younger lad with him who was very courteous and upbeat. Will definitely call these guys again.

We were able to get a time set up quickly and he showed up on time and did the job. It was very thick granite and he did a great job installing faucets and drains.
