After the initial call and estimate it took 14 days before they came to the house. We had an electric gate opener repaired (which has gone out since they repaired it) and plumbing work, which also needed repaired in a few weeks by another plumber.

Very professional. The mailbox was motored in the brick so it took a lot of drilling to get the old box out of the brick. The new mailbox and motor looks great.

They kept me informed on dates, and the gents were very nice and professional. Arrived on time, did a good job and cleaned up before they left. I can't address whether price was reasonable as this company was recommended by the appliance supplier and I did not get a number of price quotes for comparison. With that said, I'm happy with the result.

I found The Honey Do Service of Johnson City for handyman services. I ended up using them. I got a mix of good and bad. He showed up right away and showed up on time. I thought he did a good job the first time we used the bath tub it flooded our basement. The quality of work went down from there. He was also supposed to come back for a second job that we needed to have done and he never even called back. He never showed up. Overall I would have to give him a 'C' or a 'D'. They were professional. He came dressed well. He came in a marked vehicle. It is unfortunate that the end result was, thank God that it flooded literally 2 days before we had a couple of thousand dollars worth of carpet put in down stairs. The end quality was an 'F'. I had to replace the ceiling downstairs at my expense and thanks that the carpet wasn't installed and that would have been a total disaster. Initially he showed up right away and then when we called and let him know what happened, he never returned the call and never turned up. I would absolutely not use this provider again in the future and I have passed it on to coworkers.

I corresponded with them mainly through email. They were very professional in their correspondance and promptly scheduled the work. I was not home when they did the work and was glad they would do it and bill me. I thought the price of $200 was a little high to replace one shingle but realize that it takes about the same amount of effort to replace one shingle as a dozen. I am glad to have a good experience with them as I will use their services in the future without reservation.

The service has always been good. I've been using them for 6 months. They can do most anything I ask of them. They get it done and bill us for it. We are 4 hours from them. We can call them and tell them about a problem and we can count on them to get it done. We have no problem with them at all. They have been times we've had to call them back because something is not done.

They did a good job with the toilet but I had a very difficult time with the faucet that was leaking. The guy eventually got it at the expense of very little water flow coming into the shower. He wouldn't try again to rectify it. They were a little on the expensive side.

I think they were reasonably priced. They came out when they said they would and they got the job done in a timely fashion. They did a good job. I would consider using them in the future but the cost would be a consideration. The price was just kind of sticker shot to me. I am used to doing most of my work myself and this particular job was little bit beyond of what I was willing to do. The price was probably in line with others but I just wasn’t prepared for it.
