Actually created 104 feet of drainage pipe to help relieve the pooling water in the backyard to relieve water pooling and to send it out the front yard and relieve of the soggy 20 x 20 space in the backyard. Also came back out discovering the nature of the gumbo stipe dirt in Memphis came back and resorted for about a 10 x 15 space in that area of relief where the grass was not Bermuda, but was some sort of a rye or zoysia. now the draining of the backyard area works much better. But also equally important his demeanor, his personnel that he helps do the landscape architecture, corrections, and timelines of coming to do the follow up care. I was all very well orchestrated and very professional, but he is extremely nice knowledgeable and you know he has a sense of humor so he’s good to work with and so is his personnel who are pretty pretty straightforward about getting the work done and they did so good on them. I recommend them."

"Storey's crew replaced my driveway three months ago. Ever since, I have been trying to get Chris to have someone reset my brick flower bed border (with mortar) that his Bobcat operator dislodged in a few places while removing the old concrete. Pros: nice finished product (driveway, that is), proper slope for drainage. Cons: crew entered my garage and helped themselves to my shovel, push broom, rake, etc. and did not clean the concrete off of them at the end of the day. Crew also destroyed flower beds, left excess concrete in the yard, did not restore a lot of the existing sod, and splattered concrete on my garage door without cleaning it up. The also did not level the large paving blocks they moved near my gate. I had hoped that, at the price I paid, everything would be put back as it had been and that the crew would have been outfitted with all the tools they need. But, mostly, I am really disappointed by Chris' failure to live up to his promises to fix what his crew broke. I cannot recommend Storey Concrete."

"On our initial consultation, we discussed with the salesperson, Walter, that we needed to be home for services because we have a dog in the back yard and we need to be home to bring him in when the service person comes out. Despite very specific instructions, they cannot get this right. On two different occasions, my husband spoke with them the day before the service, and specifically told them to come out after 1:00, so one of us would be sure to clear our calendar to be here. Both times when I came home at 12:30, they had left a note that they were here before 11:00 am and that they only did the front. Then when we call the office at 12:45, they say they can't make it out until Friday. This is Tuesday, why can't they send someone back out like originally agreed upon?? Their excuse is they cannot give us an exact time frame, but we are not asking for that. We discussed this with Walter before we even started the service and told him what our expectations were and he said it would not be a problem. From the first visit we have had trouble. The first service was supposed to be remove old mulch and put down new mulch that was a different color. When we got home that day, they had just piled all the new mulch on top of the old. It looked horrible because they put red mulch on top of black mulch. And then the bill we got was twice as much as Walter had quoted us. They ended up honoring the price we were quoted, but this just shows the lack of communication between the sales staff and the office staff and service technician."
