This provider took over for a lawn cutter who faithfully cut my yard for more than a decade. The quality of the work was acceptable, but not up to the standard of his predecessor. Sadly, his crew stopped providing the service about a month ago without notice.

"Sir, we ceased mowing since we did not receive payment and could not get in contact you. You also preferred paper invoices but it seems you are quite familiar with the internet. We email and correspond with 99% of our customers, our email is on top of every invoice. If you would return the favor in giving us a call or email we could rectify the situation. Neither during our time servicing your home did we ever receive complaint or a critique of our work. I believe this review is another example of why many quality providers are abandoning Angie's List altogether. This will be my last year paying for an ad, which is costly. I sustained an A rating and a "Best Lawn Care Provider in the Memphis Area" for over 5 years straight, but almost to the point of begging customers to put in their review who are quite happy. To no avail satisfied customers statistically review less and upset often unfounded customers are eager to enter with their statement."

The work was ok, not great. But the SOB used my credit card to charge $200.00 making an online purchase on May 11th. The work was paid for March 20th. I guess this creep thought I wouldn't notice 2 months later. I will pursue this and hopefully have his *** arrested!!!! DO NOT do business with this guy!

"Yeah, I figured this lady would post something. In my business we make clerical errors, we refunded this person right away and she still thinks we were trying to rob her. She didn't contact me first, she just freaked out and called the bank and treated it like theft. This was a first in my profession of over 15 years. It just shows it takes customers of all types to make the world go around and this one I regret doing business with."

Year long contract to look after lawn and gardens through the growing season. Going pretty well. Big yard and lots of flower beds. Service could be a little tighter.

I am so impressed with Wright Landscapings, and I have found my permanent "lawn guy." The owner of the company was quick to respond to emails and requests; the job performed was efficient and high quality. While I love a good deal, I value quality first. Luckily, Wright Landscapings was BOTH affordable and great work.

Very good at communication back and forth. We had several conversations about my expectations and they were very responsive. I have asked questions regarding my yard and gotten good examples why I should or should not do something.

Had used them for 2 years and they were good. This year I don't know what happened. Had numerous problems and problems were not corrected, even after they were given numerous tries. Had workers on video destroying plants and pulling them out of flower beds and throwing them in the grass, mowing over them, cutting down a bush, trimming trees and they weren't asked to do this. No apologies from wright landscaping's or his employees. Just didn't care I guess. I went with a new lawn service and they are much better and more professional. Would not recommend after this year.

"I did apologize, you just lied on Angie's List. We agreed to part ways because we could not address your requests after several attempts. I would answer your email and phone every time, sometimes exceeding 10 emails a day. So you lie both about not apologizing and responsiveness. Really ? You seemed fine parting ways via phone and email. Now you bash me on Angies List. People can see me for my reputation over the years as a top landscape and lawn care provider. I will just leave it there. I have no more words."

I'm not really satisfied with the quality of the work. Some things kind of got skipped over. He's been given opportunities to correct those things. I feel like the amount of money I'm paying for should be done immediately. He should not have to come back and go over things that he missed. They don't have a definite time to come.
