Solid Ground Landscape

In the beginning things went well. However I noticed after the first year that they were not performing all services agreed upon. There were weeks where my grass was not cut and no adjustment made to my billing. Then surprisingly they stopped cleaning my gutters monthly with just a notation on my billing that said "NO GUTTERS". When I asked what that meant I was told they weren't doing it for any of their other customers and there were insurance issues. I had no advance notice, they just stopped doing it. Maintaining my shrubbery and flower beds was also part of our contract and although they came weekly, dead leaves in the flower beds and overgrown shrubbery was the norm in the front of my house. Overall, I received terrible customer service, no communication unless I initiated it and a very unprofessional approach overall for a service business.

The yard prep the day before and the sod install the day of took several hours each since there were so many roots in the area that we needed taken care of. They were very detailed in telling us how to take care of the zoysia and make sure it blends into our current lawn properly. This included watering instructions, laying sand as well as mowing/handling instructions. So far-it looks great.

Outstanding company!  They are extremely punctual and very professional.  Our lawn has never looked better!

Mr. Hamilton is a wonderful person.  Honest and extremely dedicated to his craft.
He gave me a very honest estimate. 
He came and got right to work!
We did have to reschedule  some hours because of rain delays but he was always in communication.
He did an excellent job and the beds look beautiful.
I will hire him again and have already begun to plan some more projects for him to complete.
Mr. Hamilton cleaned up after himself and hauled away all of the trimmings.
Could not have imagined a better experience.

During the inspection, Mark pointed out a handful of things he would do. I was glad he pointed them out, but I began to wonder if his services would make him too expensive to afford. At the end of the inspection, he gave me a price that was within striking distance of our budget. He & his crew arrived at the start of the contract and promptly got to work. Our yard looks fantastic. I'm glad we found them.

I rarely write reviews - but this was an exception because of the exceptional and amazing work and service! Very professional, friendly, and really cares about doing a great job and at very reasonable prices.

They came out on a Saturday for an estimate and then came back the same day to do the work. He said if I get his service weekly it would be cheaper, about $80 per week. It went well. Three people did the work. They had good service and they came right out.

No complaints at all. I was please with their professionalism and the quality of their work. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent!!  I couldn't say enough good things about Premier Landscaping!  I called for an estimate and Mark came out, looked at everything I wanted, and supplied me with a detailed written proposal/estimate.  They arrived on the scheduled day and worked tirelessly, in the heat, until everthing was done to prefection.  They trimmed existing shrubs, weeded and mulched all beds, planted new shrubs, and build a new stone edged flower bed.  Everything is beautiful!  Very polite and extremely professional.  I would HIGHLY recommend Premier Landscaping and will definitely use them for any future landscaping services.

Mark and his wife, Billie, are just awesome people.  Very hard-working, honest, and determined the job will be done correctly.  It was a pleasure meeting them and working with them.  I would have no qualms about recommending them to anyone.  In fact, a couple of my neighbors have asked for some bids from Mark as a result of seeing his work ethic in action.  The proposal was well done and the charges for the work perfomed were fair.  I had other proposals which were totally ludicrous as it related to the cost aspects.  The services were performed within the time frame specified and in order to do that they worked until almost 10:00 one night.  Great people!  Great job well done!

I called for an estimate for mowing and weed-eating my lawn.  Mr. Hamilton returned my call the same day.  Mrs Hamilton came out the same day to do the estimate.  I was mildly surprised because it was already dark when she came by.
She quoted a price, which I thought was extremely reasonable considering the amount of time weed-eating my yard takes. I have many trees, plants and garden areas. 
I was e mailed a contract, which one can cancel at any time, which I appreciate.  I agreed to the contract, in which every other Monday would be my day for service.
The following Monday, May 19th, Mrs Hamilton and a young man did indeed come to do the job.  I commented about it being so late in the day and perhaps they would run out of daylight, to which Mrs. Hamilton responded that the dark wouldn't affect the job.
Sure enough, she did have to discontinue the job until the next day.   She also stated at that time that she did not realize at her first estimate that the weed-eating would be so intensive, and that she would have to adjust the estimate.
I was expecting this because as I said, I was very surprised at the first estimate.  I found the second estimate also to be very affordable, by the way.
She and another man, I assume her husband, did show up first thing on the morning of the 20th, to finish the job.
They left my house when they finished without talking to me or letting me take a look first.  Afterward, I did look around and was generally pleased.
There were several areas, however, that were not weed-eated. Around my small tomato garden, between some trees growing along our fence line and the actual fence, (part was weed-eated, part was not), and a small area directly behind my house.
This area could have been a misunderstanding because I did ask the first day for them to be careful doing the area and not week eat a small oak tree growing there.  Maybe they thought I did not want the whole area done. 
That same day I had to return briefly to the hospital, and did not communicate with them about the issues I had.
The next day I did notice a number on my phone had called, and I think it was them trying to contact me.  I have not talked to them
yet. 
I feel confident that they will have no problem making it right, should I call them about it.  But I will probably get my son to finish it up.
The reason I contacted them in the first place is because I recently had surgery so could not do it myself.  And my husband is stationed in San Diego until mid June.  Also, my two sons were unable to help out at the moment.  One going to Germany, and the other working long odd hours. 
I will continue their services unless one of my sons becomes more able to help out.  Overall, I have been very impressed with their communication, service, and pricing.  I also would have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Mr. Hamilton came out 1 time last fall to mow my over-grown lawn at the end of the growing season. He did such a great job I have him coming out bi-weekly this summer. Very, very pleased with his work and customer service. Easy to do business with. Would highly recommend.
