"Tore' did a great job for me. The kitchen faucet is in a tight spot that over the years two previous plumbers could not tighten completely. He was able to tighten in a matter of minutes. I also had a clogged bathroom sink that my small hand snake would not clear. He had a power snake that was able to clear it. Tore' was courteous, professional, explained all thoroughly beforehand, and completed everything timely. I will use them again in the future when needed."

"We had two separate transactions with Jon from 1st Choice Septic, and both were excellent.

First, we had our septic tank pumped and inspected.  We knew we had some problems and Jon talked us through our options and made some suggestions. 

A couple of days after this we made an appointment to have the repairs and upgrade done.The second appointment we had a filter installed going to the drain field (the old separator had broken, leading to drainfield problems), we had Terralift services performed to improve the function of our drainfield (excellent service, highly recommended!  It fixed our problems well), and we had risers put in to ease in maintenance access to the septic tank to facilitate future maintence.

Overall we were very happy with the services provided by and the interaction with 1st Choice Septic and we have no problem recommending them."

"Very well, rep came in, introduced himself, reviewed the situation, wasted no time in cutting it out, told me to ask my upstairs neighbors not to run any water in their kitchen sink. He ran to Home Depot to get a piece of pipe and when he came back he replaced the pipe and was out the door in less than 1/2 hour."

"We didnt actual use Imperial Stone for a granite installation, but we did use them for a second opinion we were having regarding the difference of opinion we were having with our fabricator on the recommended maximum unsupported overhang for an installation off granite on an island. Tim came by within a couple days of first call to design the project and give the quote and Russ came back a month later and installed the units (most of the custom work was done at his shop). "James was responsive, courteous, and professional AND helped us diagnose - free of charge on a follow-up call - an ammonia smell related to our sealed crawlspace completely unrelated to the plumbing.  He even referred us to a new termite / pest / company (whom we have chosen to take over service following our purchase of the home).  He also checked our entire crawlspace for leaks or other issues that might have been missed by our inspector and provided a wealth of information on AAV valves, pressure regulators and anything else I could throw at him.  Perhaps the best part - James (a very experienced plumber) is the owner AND... does the work HIMSELF with a colleague in tow.  Touch 2 O faucets (this is our third in 3 homes in 3 years) can be a bit finicky and this install was completed without a hitch.  If you want the same experienced professional that QUOTES the job to also be the one to COMPLETE it, pick Gentile Plumbing!

"After calling around I found the price quoted by The Water Heater Experts was about $150 cheaper than their competition.  This would have normally concerned me, but I decided to go with them since they have such great reviews on Angie's list.  I am glad I did.
The new water heater was installed two days after I placed the order (as scheduled - I did NOT have an emergency situation).  The guys showed up as expected and within three hours had removed the old water heater and installed the new one.  Through the entire process they went out of their way to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it.  They took the time to show me how to change settings and pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on with some of the existing older plumbing attached to the heater.  
Every aspect of my dealings with them was a very good experience.  These guys understand the meaning of customer service!
