Best insulation pros near York, SC

"Standard Insulating Company sent David E to our house to a**** a problem we were having with hot spots in certain areas. David was up front with his assessment and explained everything in a way we were able to understand. The quote he emailed us was surprisingly reasonable with no hidden fees or surprises. We chose to have our insulation capped as well as radiant barrier installed. The work was scheduled less than a week later and the crew was professional, knowledgable, quick, efficient and kept the whole work area clean. I highly recommend Standard Insulating Company to anyone looking to have any type of insulation work done."

"From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam.
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"These are the "go-to" guys for spray foam insulation. I would recommend them any time. They were friendly and efficient."

"Outstanding! Mario and his workers did a fantastic job! They removed all insulation. They sanded off all wood and treated with a solution to kill any residual mold. They placed new insulation. They encapsulated the whole crawl space and placed a dehumidifier. I felt very confident that the job was "done right". The whole organization very professional."
