They took multiple attempts to fix my heat pump. I eventually hired another company to finish the work. They charged me $790 for insulation work but because of the poor quality of the work, I canceled the additional work and requested a refund. I have yet to get my $790 back.

My home warranty sent them out when our air conditioner stopped working. A part had to be ordered. I do not know if the home warranty company or Hospitality Air delayed the ordering but it took 2 weeks to get the part. I understand the home warranty company had to order it twice.

Excellent workmanship, Did not come when scheduled but did complete the work as promised by working until 9:30 pm on the day scheduled. NO problems and workers were very knowledgeable of the scope of work. They apologized profusely about the arrival time.

I would never, ever call hospitality. Not only they incorrectly diagnosed the problem and were responsible for having my family stuck in heat for several weeks, but they lowballed the warranty company quote and got me stuck with essentially no coverage.

I had a heating and air conditioning co. give my HVAC a heating tune-up and check-up. They told me that the heat exchanger had lots of rust inside and outside the tubes and spots where metal is peeling apart. He gave me a price to replace the heat exchanger and recomended me have the salesperson come out about replacing the system because the evap coil is rusted and the blower moter is leaking oil also. He also explained about the problem with carbon monoxide, which made my wife and I very nervous .I contacted Hospitality Heating and Air Cond. of Rock Hill for a second opinion and they sent out a very knowledgeable technician named Allen and he gave the unit a complete going over and yes there was rust but not enough to require replacement. Blower motor checks out fine and evap coils ok at this time.
I found Allen and his Co. to be very professional, prompt and courteous. I will use them in the future and would recommend them.

Gene and his group of men were the best I have ever dealt with. I bought a American Standard HVAC and had to have some new duct work. The tear out was neat and did not take them long.The new system was installed and from what I could see the job was A+ The heating unit part has been great. The house seems warmer at a lower temp and there is no cold spots. The air conditioner part is set but we have to wait for some warm days to get it set right. Gene's crew was nothing but GREAT !!!!!

These guys are great in every way. By far the best prices, very competent, honest and friendly. This was actually the 2nd unit Gene and his team replaced for me. Unfortunately, I had one very old unit go out last year and the 2nd even older unit went out this year. I highly recommend Hospitality Heating & A/C.

Hospitiality did a good job of repairing our A/C that was not working properly. They were fast to get the work completed. They did lag a bit in getting back to us and being prompt, but did good work. We have subsequently used them again for another repair. I trust the work that was performed and the HVAC has worked properly both times they have fixed it.

Came out and provided estimate as requested. Determined needed items for both units. We set a time and date convenient for us. They arrived placed one home unit on Friday, and came the next day (Saturday) and installed the other unit in the other condo. There was a damaged heat heat exchanger for the 2nd unit, discovered at the warehouse and he and the distributor agreed to give me an upgraded unit to replace it at no additional cost to me. They installed both units and went over all the details of the new digital programmable thermostat before leaving. Cleaned up thoroughly and and had both old units hauled off.
