Lookout Pest Control

If I could give 0 stars I would. Started my service with Cramer Pest (who lookout pest bought out) I pay Quarterly for Outdoor treatment for spiders, ants, roaches, termites. $120 includes interior spraying and exterior treatment which includes wiping down webs on exterior of house. Lookout pest sent 3 different “your tech … is on the way for your pest control service” different hours on different days. So I had no real idea when they would show up. Lookout pest Showed up with nobody home, was on site for 12 minutes and 25 seconds and didn’t complete the services that they are paid for. I phoned in to ask for a refund for the incomplete service as well as cancel my account because of repeated failures of completing the pest service on my home. I was directed to a manager that told me they have never completed an outdoor treatment on my home and I’m not signed up for it. Despite the bill stating outdoor treatment and the tag on the door saying “exterior treatment complete” only it wasn’t complete. They directly failed to do the services they listed on the invoice. I’ve paid extra for ant hill treatment for the last 9 months and I have more anthills in my yard now than I did when Lookout started showing up. The attitude of the manager and the incompetence of the tech that claims to have done the service should be ashamed of the way they conduct themselves. Lookout pest will crumble and I will gladly stand aside to watch it happen.

Good service. He is doing a good job for us and he is always very friendly.

When Lookout took over they sent a notice that they were raising the price of the normal interior/exterior service. First appointment with Lookout tech did not show on time. Second time tech did not show on time. I refused to pay and have fired them as my pest control company. I was with Cramer over 10 years and they were great.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Jeremy Sims. He did an awesome job in my crawl space. He was very patient with me as I asked a number of questions and he answered each one with such confidence that gave me a since of comfort knowing that all will be well. Awesome job Jeremy!!!!
