We had a low spot behind the guest house where water would collect from neighboring properties and eventually breach and flood the ground level. I had a number of contractors with all kinds of expensive options but they all seemed to me to be lacking. We brought Steve in and he was the 1st one that seemed to pull it all together. Steve and his crew showed up on time, completed the project on time and it works beautifully. We've had several soaking rains since they installed the piping and sump pump. The water is collected and sent to the street and our building is dry. Steve is creative and willing to get out of the box with his thinking about how to solve our fairly complex issues.
