We had it done right before "Debby" and there were some issues due to the amount of rain we got. We called MVFS and they immediately came out and rectified the situation. "The technician arrived within the agreed upon time.
He worked on the service for approximately two hours and seemed to be doing well.
He determined that the ducts were dirty and leaking air and that the condenser coils needed to be cleaned.
He developed a variety of estimates of the work that in his opinion should be performed ranging from $437 to $6,600. The latter number included a service agreement costing $1,200.
When asked to leave the estimates with us so that we can think about them he replied that he couldn't do that because his boss didn't want the estimates to fall into the hands of competitors.
Contacting the office by e-mail with a request for the estimates proved futile. There was no response.
I am uncertain about using this company again.
