He handled our installation and refinishing like he was installing them in his own home We purchased a home and George installed new hardwood into 2 rooms and weaved that into existing floors, added shoe molding, and made the entire first floor look seamless from room to room. All of the floors were sanded and water-popped then stained with jacobean (a dark brown) and finished with a waterbased poly. Every detail is perfect and we receive so many compliments on his work. We will hire George again when we refinish the second-floor hardwood as well. He is the ultimate professional and you will not be disappointed if you work with George."

Floors were sanded done, patched, and epoxy and flaking was done. In all the process took about 3 days, most from the epoxy to cure. "Out of all the companies I requested a quote from on Angie's list, this is the only company that responded to my request. The contractor arrived on time and took a look at my floor. He told me that it would be hard to find replacement planks because the floor was so old but he would try. I then asked him if he couldn't find replacement could he just move the damaged planks to another part of the floor and he replied "we'll see". After this is basically disappeared for four days with no response on whether or not he was successful or not in finding the replacement planks. After multiple texts, he finally responds with a short message saying "product was discontinued"; yeah, very helpful. I then texted him about my previous question about moving the planks to a different area of the floor, and no response. About an hour later I called him, and he didn't pick up. About a half hour later he calls back asking if anyone called him from my number. I tell him who I was and again asked about moving the planks, this time he tells me he can't do it, because the planks will "fall apart" as soon as he removes them. This is kind of hard to believe because I was able to remove planks from another area of the floor with no problem; but whatever. He then tells me my only option is to replace the entire floor for $5000. Yeah ok; no thanks."

"The project started as a tub to shower only conversion, but turned into a complete renovation of the bathroom. The price was reasonable and the bathroom turned out great. During demolition, Carlos found that the subfloor had disintegrated, and had to be rebuild it. The only other serious issue that arose was that the sliding glass door did not fit on the shower pan. I bought the door, and did not know that the door base had to match the pan. The pan had a lip ( I guess meant for a shower curtain?!), and the door needed an even surface. A Lowe's plumbing associate recommended a clever modification to the pan that allowed the door to be installed. It has been in service for 2 months a still slides smooth as glass. The retiled floor and shower turned out great. The installation of the new vanity, toilet, and associated fixtures also went well. Carlos, Carwina, and their crew were respectful of my house. They cleaned up daily before they left. My morning mood is much improved showering in a modern bath vs that old, outdated one."
