Grateful to find someone with an excellent work ethic and amazing integrity! Our carpet is old and unfortunately A capsule of turmeric exploded on cream carpet leaving a “highlighter” spray affect on carpet! Mica tried his best and left us recommendations for extending the life of the carpet! Grateful!

Mr. Hawthorne arrived on time, was very professional and thorough. After cleaning my carpet and two 8x10 area rugs he volunteered to clean an additional small rug that was not included in our initial request. He was scheduled to arrive at 11 am but actually called and said that he was in the area and able to come earlier than 11. I was actually hoping he would be like other contractors and when they give you a window of time and they arrive either at the latest end of that window or after because I wasn't ready for him to show up yet, lol. He ended up being here and starting exactly at 11 am.

Michael takes a lot of pride in his work. He was punctual and used texting and phone messages to communicate, which I appreciated. He cleaned an old sofa which we were sending with our daughter to school. Great job! I'd use him again. He also can shine up wood flooring, which is something I would consider using him for in the future.

MIcah was wonderful to work with. He called promptly to discuss his service offerings, working with me on when I could schedule and did excellent work on the scheduled date. Compared to other vendors, his prices were solid and he started with a fair price, rather than drop it once I pushed back. He was mindful about cleaning up inside the house and where to dump the dirty water outside after. He even took time to greet and make friends with my dog. HIghly recommend!

Michael was very professional, on time and worked quickly. He also cleaned my sofa and area rugs along with the entire upstairs carpet. He can back and cleaned my hardwood floors downstairs and polished them. I will use his services again!
