"Jose and his son s did an excellent job sanding and refinishing the floor in my home. Jose came and told me what he would do, how long it would take, and gave me a price that seemed fair for the amount of work needed. They showed up promptly each day and got right to work. Jose has the right equipment, as his sanding machine captured most of the dust, and was 1000 times better than the last company we hired to do this job 10 years ago. He and his sons moved our furniture before and after the job was finished, and had patience with us until it was replaced just right. We have pine floors, and we used to have 3 big dogs. All the deep scratches by the doors and windows from excited labradors are totally gone! The floors look beautiful, and the room is much lighter with the 3 coats of clear finish! "Sam was very professional. He came and measured for an estimate and provided information on the product he uses. Once I accepted the job he was very courteous of my home and kept mess to a minimum. Floors were sanded done, patched, and epoxy and flaking was done. In all the process took about 3 days, most from the epoxy to cure. The end result is a very beautiful textured floor that looks wonderful and cleans easily!"

"Out of all the companies I requested a quote from on Angie's list, this is the only company that responded to my request. The contractor arrived on time and took a look at my floor. He told me that it would be hard to find replacement planks because the floor was so old but he would try. I then asked him if he couldn't find replacement could he just move the damaged planks to another part of the floor and he replied "we'll see". After this is basically disappeared for four days with no response on whether or not he was successful or not in finding the replacement planks. After multiple texts, he finally responds with a short message saying "product was discontinued"; yeah, very helpful. I then texted him about my previous question about moving the planks to a different area of the floor, and no response. About an hour later I called him, and he didn't pick up. About a half hour later he calls back asking if anyone called him from my number. I tell him who I was and again asked about moving the planks, this time he tells me he can't do it, because the planks will "fall apart" as soon as he removes them. This is kind of hard to believe because I was able to remove planks from another area of the floor with no problem; but whatever. He then tells me my only option is to replace the entire floor for $5000. Yeah ok; no thanks."
