From removing the old hardwood, to leveling, to tile install and quarter round install through final cleanup, all was great. The finished flooring looks fantastic! Very diligent, thorough and professional from start to finish. As a bonus they also painted an area of our home with 16’ ceilings and it looks great, saving us time and a lot of effort. 5 stars plus!!!"

"Williams was a pleasure to work with. They refinished a tub and the tile around the tub. They also refinished a tile walk in shower. There was a piece of broken tile and they fixed that as well as some holes where handicap bars were located. It is very difficult to even find where the tile was broken now. They did excellent work and performed the work exactly when they said they would. The prices were very reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with."

"A huge shout-out to Rocky Tops Granite and Marble. 10 years ago they installed our kitchen and bath granite counter tops and sinks. a few days ago due to age and probably moisture, our kitchen sink completely broke loose from the granite counter top. Today a repairman came by did a complete reinstall of the sink, using more modern and hopefully as effective adhesives, The cost to us was $0.00. Yes they charged absolutely nothing for the repair after 10 years. I suggest looking to them for your counter needs."

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
