Recommended a great bamboo floor. Very knowledgeable about different types of woods and bamboos. Installed a very durable, long lasting floor. Great work! Would use them again. In fact, we did use them again before selling our house to replace carpet.

We LOVE the new carpet we had installed on our stairs. Our stairs were so ugly for so long and we got over 10 quotes from smaller companies and larger companies and this quote was hands down the best we got for the product. They were installed beautifully and professionally. 10/10 recommend and will be using them to re do our guest bedrooms when we get ready to do them!

After another company refused to install a mosaic tile pattern as a backsplash, I set up an appointment with Floor Coverings International and Nora came out the next day. She was able to complete measurements, confer with us about our options and set up an installation appointment so we can host Thanksgiving with our family. On 11/19/24, Gabriel showed up on time and completed the installation quickly and it looks great! If I could give Nora, Gabriel and Floor Coverings International 10-stars, I would. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Misquoted original price and had to add additional money to the updated quote, due to customer service rep making mistakes. Flooring in bathroom is not flush with the existing tile. Wear and tear of carpet is already showing due to inferior carpet material.

The actual floors looks nice but there was a couple of hiccups with floor height, baseboards/ quarter round, and time management.
