The Project Manager, Megan was very nice to deal with and we sat with Dan at the office and went over the designs. They are busy, so the lead time from design to installation was 12 weeks, but well worth the wait. I recommend this company for any work you need done to your backyard.

We had a glass sunroom completed by Chattels In Design 2 months ago. Megan the project manager and Dan the Designer, were great. We went in to the office and had a design meeting to see how the sunroom would look on the back of the house and they worked with us to make little features inside the room work. They built a mantel and installed a ceiling fan as well. Beautiful Job. I Highly recommend them.

Worst experience I ever had with a contractor. Hired him November 13, 2024 to complete an enclosed sunroom on my back patio 15 x 27. He also wanted 62% of the money before doing anything. It took him 2 months to start the project. We have now exceeded 6 months and the project is still not complete with no end insight. He does not communicate, very unorganized and I?m sorry I hired him. I do not believe he has any intention of finishing. He has offered no apologies but has completed several of his other projects while mine sits unfinished. Good luck if you hire this company. Very disappointed after he gave me his word he could do it.

Gorgeous Deck! Dan designed our deck and we were able to see what it would look like before it was even installed. Great in-house design dept. Office Staff is very kind. Workers were polite and overall it was a very professional experience. They came in cheaper then the other companies we called and the work was very high quality. You can't go wrong hiring this company to build your deck! 5 stars!

The sales rep gave options and suggestions to guide me on adding an addition wooden fence to my vinyl fence. The young men did a good job starting earlier that morning than I expected and worked in the rain. The crew was fairly new and still learning. The young men did work quickly and finished the 50 feet fence in about 6 hours which was really time conscience. The young men did a beautiful job keeping the fence even across the top - looks really good. They did leave some equipment behind that I had to call the office to come and pick up. I recommend Aiken Fence if you need a fence installed. I have used the company years ago and was happy with my chain link repair they did at a rental home. Call Aiken Fence for your fencing needs.

Aiken Fence is does quality work. The craftsmanship is creative and thorough. They built a wooden fence for our yard that is the talk of the neighborhood. We have since hired them to build shutters for our windows and a deck for the backyard. You will love the personal service that this company provides.

I really appreciated that I could ask him to fix other things we haven’t gotten to, like all the extra wood we needed to empty out and send to the dumps. He would just add an extra fee if it was something extra and big we asked him to do. Fun to talk to or listen to.

Dan was a pleasure to work with on our fencing project. He was on site and was involved in all aspects. His knowledge and attention to detail is very impressive and I would highly recommend Aiken Fence Company. We are looking forward to our next project with him and his team.
