"Hershberger Gates did a great job adding a Ghost Control system to my driveway gates. I had an old system that failed and had lived with manually opening and closing the gates. I was hesitant to give the job to Hershberger because I was a bit out of his physical jurisdiction, but Spencer persuaded me that he was the right guy for the job and said he’d have no problem servicing me if I had an issue (although he said the Ghost System is very reliable). Spencer said he’d be at my place at 6:30 am…I thought he was joking…he wasn’t…and he was right on time. The system operates great… very substantial….the remotes are fantastic and the Ghost app on my iphone is even better. He thought he’d be here for 6-7 hours and he was done in approximately 4. "Did exceptional work, but postponed three times. Owner, David was very nice and helpful. Owner was not aware of the trouble I had. I had given someone at office the stain number. Once had postponed due to weather and then postponed due to someone at office did not follow through on indicating the stain color I had chosen. Then received a call they found email that I had sent with stain number. David came out and the stain was transparent which would not work on my deck, he assisted and was very helpful in picking out a stain. He went over what had to be done to reschedule and assist with stain to get the job accomplished. He came out memorial day to do the job which was a holiday, only issue I had was he was late in the morning getting there and with previous experience I was not sure he was coming, tried to call but mail box full and could not reach anyone, needed to find out if he was planning on coming. I do not want to give him a bad review because he is very pleasant and helpful and indicated he has addressed the issue of scheduling appointments. He also upgraded the stain since I had experienced the trouble with scheduling."

The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. We have actually hired Nexgen for more jobs since the original and would do so again. The quality is outstanding and Steve's knowledge and willingness to work with us and help us with our vision was something no one else could do. This is not a cookie-cutter operation. "Got quotes from three different firms and Jones' was by far the lowest.  They were able to get 30 year shingles on for less than the price my insurance company was allowing for 3-tab.  The workers were courteous and diligent.  Clean up was very good, though we did find a nail or two.  It has been almost a month and we have had several heavy thunderstorms as well as some days of non-stop rain, and there has been no evidence of leaking.  All in all... very pleased."
