"Chris and his crew were great to work with. I had a wood fence put up on the right side of my yard and an alluminum fence put up in the front of my house with 2 gates and a driveway gate. Both fences are beautiful. The work is high quality and I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. My neighbor had a vinyl fence put up by another company and they left a gap where my back neighbor's dogs could get out and Chris and his crew extended my fence to fill the gap between my fence and my neighbor's fence so the dogs could not get out. They were professional and great communicators and kept me informed. I had gotten several estimates from other companies and once the other companies gave me the estimates, they would never respond back to me to answer any questions. Chris answered all my questions and always responded to my texts. I still have 2 sides of my yard to fence in and will definitely use Chris and his crew again. I've already had several neighbors ask for his number."

"My husband and I had several different companies come out to give us quotes for our fence. We were getting discouraged because we felt the quotes we were getting were made-up prices. We actually left the project alone and said, "We will continue to wait on God to bring the right company." A few months back, we explained to my sister it would be nice if we got our backyard fenced in by the summer. Well, she recommended Mr. Donnell the owner of Best Rate Fence. We did not reach out right away, but when we did, we knew this was the right company for the job. His customer service was top-notch. He returned our call right away and came out to home the next day. He was the only company that came out and walked our yard with a measuring tool. Making sure the measurements were correct and not guessing. The wood was ordered the next week, and the fence was installed the week after. The installers were quiet because we did not know they had arrived to install the fence. That is how professional his crew was, and they were well-mannered young men. Mr. Donnell then came to expect the installation making sure it was to our liking. Awesome customer service and quality of work. "I highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Exteriors. Rob Long has been terrific. I was introduced to Rob/Advanced Roofing and Exteriors by my realtor. We are new to the Lake Norman area, moving from out of state. Our roof had a leak after Florence, then another issue after Hurricane Michael. Rob went the extra mile to diagnosis the second issue and identified as a potential chimney cap leak. Diagnosing can be tricky and he left nothing up to chance. It could have done significant interior damage. Pricing was reasonable, but more importantly, service was delivered better than expected and very timely. An exceptional experience."

"Jack was a pleasure to work with from the beginning through the end of the process. Floor looks absolutely amazing and we couldn't be happier. I have had several neighbors stop to look at it as it looks noticeably better than the floors they paid others to do in their homes. Jack worked hard to do the floor immediately after we moved in, in March of 2018. I think the temperature was on the very low side of the acceptable application temperature range and we ended up with some tire lift on the top coat. Jack returned and completely re did the floor a month later as felt the problem was on his shoulders. Since the new application the floor has held up amazingly well and a year later looks as good as the day he put it on. Jack is a very honest and knowledgeable business owner. "Watson iron and steel did our railing for our back porch in 2019. They had to come back and make some corrections, but all in all, we were pleased with their work. We had them come back out a few months ago to measure for our new railing on our front porch. We told the man who came out to literally replicate the railings THEY made to match the back porch exactly. He looked and the back railings, measured the height, the distance between the pickets, etc. I was very clear, and he seemed to understand perfectly… it was simple “just make the exact same thing you made last time.” Yep, got it! Well apparently it wasn’t as simple as it seemed! On the order, they added additional posts instead of screwing into our pillars, and they added twice as many pickets. The communication between the man who came to take our order and the woman who executed the order was obviously quite poor. They told us that they needed to come out and measure again since we didn’t want the additional posts, and even though it was their error, they still charged us an additional fee because they had to make another trip out. We argued endlessly about the fee, but finally gave up and just paid the fee. It was ridiculous. fast forward to today… It still isn’t what we asked for! They did screw the railing into our columns instead of installing additional posts. But we still have twice as many pickets out front as we do in the back. It looks tacky, and after shelling out over $3K for the tiny railing, I hate it. I asked my husband what he wanted to do about it, and he said not to bother because there’s no way they’re going to fix it now that we have already paid them. Isn’t that sad? That we’re not even going to bother trying to work things out with these people because we know they won’t do it. And don’t forget, we’re repeat customers. ? I wish there were more iron companies in and around Charlotte, but sadly, this seems to be the only one. The first picture is our back porch railing. There are 6 inches between the pickets. The second picture is our front porch. There are 3 inches between each packet. They definitely don’t match."
