THEY ASKED FOR 1/2 DOWN TO ORDER THE OTHER 1/2 WHEN FINISHED, BUT WHEN WINDOWS WERE DELIVERED WANTED ME TO PAY THE WNDOW COMPANY ANOTHER $900, I CALLED KIRK AND TOLD HIM THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT. OVERALL WINDOWS LOK GOOD, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE END WAS NOT THAT GREAT"
