It was not a simple project to begin with and I was a little frustrated that it was taking so long. After sending other people to finish the project my bathroom is coming along nicely. Being a recently widowed woman Tim met me at Floor & Decor to help me with the items I needed to buy. He let me pick what I wanted but was there for guidance. The owner is Charles Tim O’Neill who has built multi million dollar homes in the cliffs and other places he’s semi retired and started this company. he knows what quality is and the exact price that it should be, most of you probably had one or two of these TV ads to come to the house and give you a estimates that was out of sight, which we did also when I contacted Tim, he came over, and we have a modular unit and unfortunately in a modular unit they put mobile home showers In and all they are is a bunch of curves and things you cannot use and your sq foot square footage is limited. He looked at it said he could do something very nice for us and give us more square footage. Well it didn’t take one day or two days. It took three days, because of the quality of his work ! We highly recommend Simple Home Services, you will be very happy !!!"
