"Replaced a 3 hole faucet with a single hole faucet with motion sense. The plumbing technician was knowledgeable of this type install. Challenges that that had led me to hire a professional instead of doing a self install were easily resolved. Removal and replacement was completed as we discussed. He went over operation of the faucet and motion sense electronics with me after the install. Job was completed with time and cost as discussed prior to hire. Installed faucet looks great."

It was not a simple project to begin with and I was a little frustrated that it was taking so long. After sending other people to finish the project my bathroom is coming along nicely. The owner is Charles Tim O’Neill who has built multi million dollar homes in the cliffs and other places he’s semi retired and started this company. he knows what quality is and the exact price that it should be, most of you probably had one or two of these TV ads to come to the house and give you a estimates that was out of sight, which we did also when I contacted Tim, he came over, and we have a modular unit and unfortunately in a modular unit they put mobile home showers In and all they are is a bunch of curves and things you cannot use and your sq foot square footage is limited. He looked at it said he could do something very nice for us and give us more square footage. Well it didn’t take one day or two days. It took three days, because of the quality of his work ! We highly recommend Simple Home Services, you will be very happy !!!"
