The pool took longer to construct from start to finish than expected. Some of which was due to the excessive rain we had during the summer. We signed the contract on April 7, pool was complete in October but the construction and quality is excellent. The pool turned out absolutely beautiful. It is aesthetically pleasing as the design fits our back yard and complements our house. During the walk through, Michael addressed every issue with his goal being ensure I had a "perfect" pool and a satisfying experience with his company. If I were to move and install a new pool I would definitely hire Heritage Pool

I have had an in ground pool installed at another property in the past by another contractor and the difference in quality was amazing. It was more expensive but it was worth it in my opinion. In all it took a little over six weeks from start to finish. This was reasonable since he fit us into a busy schedule. It turned out beautifully

- Heritage Pools LLCThe work began on the agreed to starting date. The Heritage team was here on time and in force. By the end of the first day, the hole was dug and the skeleton of the pool was constructed. Within three days, the complete pool structure, concrete apron/patio, plumbing and pump assembly were done. The only thing missing was the liner, due to restrictions of the cold weather. By the end of five working days, the pool was complete and was filling with water. The owner was on site during the entire installation and took charge of the team. The team worked constantly in installing the new pool. We competed several companies and pool construction options. Heritage was the lowest price with some higher product elements including premium valves, state of the art digital controls, a quiet high efficiency pumping system, a well point drainage system in case of high ground water and expanded plumbing for more returns. The offering also had a robot cleaner, an accessory that others were charging close to $1,000. The 'structure' of the pool is quite substantial and cemented into place. The bottom is a hand sculpted hard substance over which the thick vinyl liner is placed. The liner is smooth with no wrinkles, bumps or bad spots. We had considered concrete/gunnite and fiberglass. All things considered, a vinyl lined pool was the best value. Heritage did a great job. They followed up after the work to make sure things were going well

I mean little details as far as coping around the pool, concrete vs pavers, liners vs fiberglass. He knows his stuff and is a great business man. I was fully confident that Heritage pools was the company I wanted to use. From start to finish, Heritage pools crew was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions during the process and the whole crew had the answers and showed me which I loved because they were so informative. Michael the owner of the company would come and check in on them and see the progress. When you are spending the money on a pool you want to make sure it's going to be perfect, Michael honestly designed my pool with pavers and I couldn't be happier. At first I didn't even want pavers because I've always heard they were a lot, but honestly the look now just simply looks fabulous. And again because of the attention to detail Michael and his crew put into their work. I am know a walking advertisement for Heritage Pools. My pool has been complete know for 2 months and I still had questions and they welcome calls. "The home we purchased was vacant for several years and the pool was in poor shape. After cleaning it out, we decided to have the liner replaced. Todd promptly came out to look at the situation and give his recommendations. We accepted his recommendations and added a central control panel to run the system remotely. His recommendations included a new filter, pump, cleaner, and liner. He also agreed to make sure the light in the pool worked. In general, when he was done I expected the pool to be ready for the season.
<br /> My brother in law watched over the project since he has been in construction and commercial pool maintenance in the past. Thank goodness for his past experience and knowledge. He helped Todd with the electrical work and has fixed issues after Todd left. There are a few more issues that we will change when we have the time and they all point back to Todd trying to do electrical work that is over his head. We would watch as they redid concrete work several times because Todd drove the heavy equipment over the concrete skirt around the pool. Not usually a big deal since they had to repair it, but the clips for the cover were not replaced.
<br /> Todd is a personable and persuasive salesman but I think he needs more experience when the pool repair is as extensive as our project. The majority of the work was done by his employee. All the concrete was done by ‘Foot’, his employee.

"I tried to get other companies to come out and give me an estimate for filling in my pool. Mr. Miller came out on the date and time he said he would. The work was done on time and you could not ask for better workers. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very proud of how our yard looks. Its even better then we thought it would be.
