Workers did a good job installing floors, baseboards and trim. They were willing to fix some places I was not 100% satisfied with no problem! Communication in regards to arrival/delays can be improved - workers got hung up at another job site (it happens) but I had to reach out for updates and ETAs for 6+ hour delay.

I was contacted by Pedro within one hour of initial quote request. Set up appointment for 2 days later/ Pedro stated he would arrive between 1300-1500. Called to let me know he was on the way-arrive at 1340 hours. Pedro is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After measuring and explaining process. Pedro provided quote within 15 minutes. Accepted quote and Pedro had his crew at our house the next day. Replacing approximately 1500 square feet of flooring with LVP. The crew was amazing- worked all day and returned the next day and completed the job before 1200- all new flooring in a day and 1/2. Top notch work quality of work unmatched. We have more house projects and we will use Silva Floors & More again. What a great experience !!
