"As Charleston Creative Fences built me a beautiful new fence, they also did me a tremendous favor in removing an old rickety shed in the yard that I have hated for years. In its place (as I had been thinking about) Greg suggested extending a portion on my deck to add a platform on which to build a new shed. Not only did the crew do a great job on the shed, they also constructed a ramp that makes it so much easier to get items in and out of the shed and yard! Now I have useful storage space that is not only accessible, but decorative as well with a HardiePlank exterior to add to the overall look of my surroundings!

"I hired Randy to add electricity, a loft, and shelving to my outbuildig, He came to give me a quote when he said he would.. The day of the job he arrived on time, with the materials he needed to perform the work.
The updates were better than I expected. He installed lighting which when we opened the packaging had no flourescent tubes. He went and got them.
At the completion of the job(on time) I asked the total. He told me it was the quoted price. I knew he had used his own money to buy the bulbs and asked him about the cost. He said he would charge the price quoted.

"We hired Cransten back in May to touch up some failing grout in our master shower. The first guy they sent used what turned out to be the wrong grout, and just used gobs of it all over all the tile seams. After the first couple months the grout he'd applied was melting off the walls.
Fortunately, Cransten was gracious enough and to schedule a warranty repair even though we were a bit outside the warranty window. The second guy they sent, Andrew Ormesher, did a FANTASTIC job. Andrew was on time and professional and took the time to scrape all the falling grout out, cleaned up every tile seam, and sealed it afterwards. Could not be happier with the end result!
