"Since I only needed a very small piece for my project, I was referred directly to the fabrication shop for a remnant. Donnie was extremely helpful in showing me what they had and in working out a very reasonable price. On the day they were cutting my granite, he sent me pictures asking my opinion and approval on what part of the slab I was most interested in for my piece, and he put me on the calendar on the day I requested for installation. The day prior to installation, we had a snafu with the cabinet makers, and Donnie did everything in his power to remedy the situation. The installers showed up on time and called in advance to let me know they were on their way, and they put in extra time and effort on site to work around the cabinet issues we had discovered the day before. This is the second time we have used Queen City Kitchens (Imported Stone when we used them to resurface our kitchen counters 3 years ago). They are a top notch operation, and a special shout out to Donnie and his installers for their promptness and their ability to help fix a less than ideal situation.
