Our fridge quit on a Sunday. I called them and left a message and they were here on Monday morning. He ordered the part and installed it on Thursday morning. Prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more. We live out pretty far and a lot of service people either won't come or charge an extra charge. Bob didn't do this!! Feel blessed to have an appliance repairman to count on!

One of the tumbler parts came off inside the tub. The dryer is a Maytag (one of the last before it was sold to Whirlpool). We looked at buying a new one but the new dryers looked cheap & flimsy (not cheap to buy though) but the cost of repair people in Charlotte didn't justify putting that much money in a 12 year old dryer either. So, I found Carolina Appliance out of York, SC would service the south Charlotte Area for less $ to come out and get an estimate. The owner fixed our dryer for $117 and it works fine now. Our old dryer matched the washer too so now we still have the matching set which they no longer make the cream color in the new dryers.

Our Samsung refrigerator ice machine was not working and the freezer was freezing up. They came out a few times as they were trying to give us the most cost efficient fix. I really appreciated them taking the time to do this instead of just giving us a large bill to get the job done.

He was right on time, knew what the issue was based on my discussion with his receptionist (I think wife) on the phone, had the part, installed it and left in all of about 20 mins. So nice to be believed when you call someone with an issue and pretty much know what it is or can describe the noise or whatever. Most places a) treat you like a idiot b) have to order the part c) make a new appointment to install. Definitely call this place for any appliance repairs you need.

This was a warranty call but he didn’t know what he was doing. They guy that came to fix it came alone and he could not move the dryer off of the washer. He asked my wife to help him but I ended up doing it myself that night. He had to order a part and it would be in by Monday but we had to call on Wednesday because we hadn’t heard from him. He told us it would be in by Friday and that was because he forgot to order the part. Once he was done the work was okay. I would not use them again if I had to pay for it.

This is a smaller company and I've used them many times. They are honest and reliable. I've used them many times for my rental properties. It is nice to have someone go out to a property, service the customer and then fax me a bill.

THE TECHNICIAN CAME QUICKLY & WAS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. SINCE IT WAS A BRAND NEW DRYER, I DECIDED TO ASK FOR A NEW ONE, RATHER THAN HAVE HIM REPAIR IT. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR FAST RESPONSE, THEIR EXPERTISE, & THE POINT THAT I WAS NOT CHARGED. IT GAVE ME THE LEVERAGE/INFO TO GET A BETTER DRYER.
