Great! Don and Bruce's did an excellent job. The wood blinds had to be cleaned individually by hand. They took their time and did it right. Our blinds are several years old and look brand new.

Excellent service, blinds were taken down, cleaned on site, and rehung in about 4 hrs. Owner was very responsive to my schedule needing quick service and got it done before my movers arrived. I also purchased new blinds, price was reasonable and included installation.

The initial estimate was performed on 11/25/16 and the work accomplished on 12/12/16. The True Blue Window Cleaning guys arrived at the same time as the mini blind replacement and cleaning guys. Work was completed in 2 1/2 hours and we now have sparkling windows as well as 9 new mini blinds (with the other 3 cleaned). They worked quickly with no mess and I am pleased beyond words with their courtesy, professionalism and focus on customer service. How can I give both companies an A+! The cost for 9 mini blind replacements and 3 other cleaned was $905. The cleaning of 12 windows in the house was $140, but then they cleaned a glass front door, sliding glass doors going out to the enclosed deck and a glass door going out from the enclosed deck for no extra charge. Fantastic team of guys!

The job went very well. Jack Ballway is a very personable, customer oriented professional who wants to do an excellent job. They showed up in the morning and were done in about six hours. Valance clips were replaced and the blinds cleaned. The garage blinds came out well despite 16 years of neglect. We are and have been very satisfied with Dirty Blinds work and would recommend them to anyone.

They showed up on time and worked all day until they were done. The blinds, after 13 years of use, look brand new. They did a great job!!!

Bruce showed up exactly on time and repaired this 20 year old honeycomb blind.  He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to replace the cording and reduced the extra weight not needed in the bottom of the blind.  This has helped in raising and lowering the blind.  
I now have them working on quoiting to clean the blinds in our home.  
Will definitely use them again and let my friends and neighbors know about their outstanding company.  

The blinds look brand new even down to the cords. They even did minor repairs. Their fees are very reasonable and we are always happy with their work. They are outstanding. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them. They are professional, efficient and friendly.

First, dealing with Jack is a pleasure.   Professional, courteous and knows his business.   The crew arrived right on time, and started to work.  The process they use to clean the blinds all happens outside the house, so no mess inside.  They take down all the blinds and headers, take them out side, and they come back in the house clean and dry.  
The job they did met our expectations 110%, and we will definately use them again.  The price was more that fair for the work that they did.  I would highly recommend Jack, and Dirtyblinds.com to anyone needing this type of service

Jack and David came by on time and were very courteous and professional! They did a quick estimate and quoted me a fair price for the service. Jack educated me on my blinds and how they were going to clean and repair them. He also showed me the before and after pictures of the blinds and let me know they sell and install blinds of all kinds. Before I knew it, they brought in blinds that literally looked brand new! These were blinds that I'm sure were never cleaned in the fifteen years before we moved into this house, so they were filthy. He told me that a once a week dusting would keep them looking good and that they suggest a professional cleaning about every two years, especially since I have a dog and use ceiling fans that move dust around.

This was our first experience with this business, and it was a great one.    We set up a day through Angie's list messaging and email.   The team arrived on time, introduced each person, explained the process, put coverings on the floor and got started.     All blinds were carefully numbered (you can't see it when they are put back up) ,   to be sure they are re-installed in the correct window.   I was invited to see the actual cleaning process at their mobile unit and it is fascinating.  They did all the blinds in our home within about 3 hours.  Both strings and blinds are now smooth and bright white again, just like when we first bought them over 15 years ago!    It's amazing.   Everyone was very professional and personable and you feel safe having them in your home.  I learned they also order and install various types of new window coverings, so we will keep them in mind for that too.
