"My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a painted sealer. The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Company owner Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with.
