Great work! No more eyesore holes in my drywall!

Luis never showed up on time, did not bring his own ladder, very poor cleanup and he made no effort to protect my hardwood floors. I found water and sheetrock mud/dust under the plastic I put down. The pictures show his idea of a finished ceiling. He did very little prep before painting. I had to tell him the water stain beside the air vent needed Kilz. When he attempted to make corrections with caulk instead of sheetrock mud, I decided to mud and sand them myself. After another coat of primer, again, he tried to correct with caulk. I did the last corrections and final coat of paint myself. He used my furniture to scrape off his tools. Due to his expertise in cutting trim, the baseboards need to be replaced. He gouged my hardwood floor removing the shoe mold. All his sloppy caulking around my front door has to be removed and re-caulked. Google him for more pictures and zoom in, I wish I had. Perfectionist? That is a joke! Now I understand why he wants payment for half the job upfront.

They arrived early,stayed late and didn't leave a project without asking if the work was satisfactory. Will be using them in the very near future and recommending them to others.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. We hired Luis to paint our kitchen cabinets. They never showed up on time and got paint on our walls and floor. Luis took the cabinet doors home to paint and didn?t return one. He said he would come back with it and I never heard from him again. It?s been months. We now have to order another cabinet door. Not to mention we had to hire another, more professional painter to fix them and even he noticed what a poor job they had done. This company should not be in business. They don?t know what they are doing.

Donâ t come on time, show up when they want. Donâ t clean up after themselves and poor quality control. Never hire them again for anything. Expensive for the quality of work.

Want to pay top dollar for poor quality work? Hire these jokers. They have no concept of time as they will come when they please and leave without saying anything. Kept telling me they would finish up by a certain date only to then start another project which would take them away from the house. Their plumber had much to be desired as he improperly instilled the pieces back together and he spilled plumbers glue all over the siding. Unsafe practices when instilling framing too. They made an incredibly stressful time dealing with termites worst by their lackadaisical approach and half hazard instillation methods. Owner was not above gaslighting me either when I had concerns. The damage to my house was not as extensive as they thought and they would not come down on price. I had to babysit one of their carpenters having to stop him several times to keep him from instilling base and shoe in the wrong area. This was made even more difficult due to a language barrier. Avoid this company if you value your peace or if you want a job to be completed in a timely matter I will give them credit, they kept the house from falling in onto itself, but other then that it was a nightmare dealing with them. .

Good quality but somewhat expensive

Luis did an excellent job tearing out and replacing wet/damaged dry wall in my ceiling. Also had to replace insulation. Luis and his crew were on time and very professional and courteous. Did an excellent job cleaning up. They take pride in their work.
