Terrible experience. Dropped an hvac unit on property during build but never installed, promised to have it work by closing. Kind of worked for 2 days after we closed but then broke. Now trying them to get it fixed has been like pulling teeth. Don’t return calls, don’t keep their word, blame the manufacturer, rude on the phone. This company is a nightmare. Maybe they’ve grown too fast or are under new management bc they seem to be falling apart. Everyone I’ve asked has had a negative experience with them.

I called Fogel Services for an air conditioning repair because my line was freezing and unit short cycling leading to high temperatures in my house. The first technician came out on 7/7/22 and told me there was not enough Freon because someone had not screwed a cap on tight enough. He told me that he added coolant and I paid $144 for coolant and service visit. I did not receive a receipt or description of what they did. The problem with my air conditioning persisted. Second technician came out on 7/13 and told me that the first technician had overcharged the system and put too much coolant in. No charge, but no written report given of what was done. Technicians from the same company were disagreeing on what the problem was and how they managed it. Both of these technicians were very young and seemed inexperienced. Problem was not fixed. I called Fogel Services and asked for a more experienced technician to come out. They told me they would only send out the same technician that had come out before and not fixed the problem. I then asked for my money back because their website says 100% satisfaction money back guarantee and was told that the owner said no. I was told that the money back guarantee only applies if you bought a unit, but Fogel Services did install my unit in my new house. There website also does not say that the money back guarantee is only for buying a unit. I had been without a/c for over 2 weeks at this point so I called a second company. This company found all freon drained out of system, one cap loose and one left off by the Fogel Services Technicians. I had to pay $1200 for the Freon that the second technician drained out of my system and left the cap off. I have called Fogel Services multiple times, submitted emails multiples times, and asked to have a manager call me back and have received no response.

Always very professional and on time. The service technicians I find always very helpful and informative. The folks in the office also very professional and friendly.

On the spring visit upon review of the system, Fogel found an issue and fixed it under warranty, the service was prompt and courteous. I have the extended warranty for my home heating and air and all labor and parts were covered. The only thing I paid for was the annual maintenance package for a spring and fall service. Well worth the money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fogel was the second company I called, as first one did nothing. He Checked unit, and explained problem so I could understand, he knew immediately what would cause issue and took the time to be sure. I only wish I had called them first, but they will be who I call FIRST in the future. Highly recommend.

Fogel gets an A+ in my book. Complete ductwork rework and new hvac. New system works flawlessly and the newly designed ductwork provides much better airflow with consistent temperatures throughout the house. Job well done! Picture is the completed work.

As always, Fogel Services technicians are professional, well-trained, friendly and efficient. Always asks if there are any questions and happy to give explanations. All the technicians I’ve had have been great, but Steven went above and beyond to address an issue I had.

Service rep explained everything he was going to inspect and clean, and he gave a full report of his findings when completed.

Dakota did an excellent job. He cleaned and checked my heating and ac systems. There was some insulation needed on the conduit piping at the air handler. He wrapped it in pipe insulation and even climbed up in the attic and checked the vent boot to make sure it had no leaks! Very professional company. Highly recommend.

Having reached age 90 I can be honest. And, honestly, I can say this company is always responsive, and pleasantly so, to my calls for help, even when my poor memory is the problem. After more than three years with them I have 100 percent trust in the quality and timeliness of their service.
