"Things went fine. I liked the idea of removing the drywall mud over the screws and replacing it. They used a hairdryer to dry it and everything. It was a great idea. I do think I can see evidence of where the nails are that I didn't see before, though. Not sure if I just never noticed that, or if the sanding was a little weak and the spots are visible where they weren't before. Well overall either way they did a good job. It is obvious that Jimmy the owner is concerned about the customer service his customers receive.

"James was very honest about the water damage in my sunroom, explaining that it was more extensive than first thought. He told us we should get a company to take down the ceiling and wall parts that had water exposure and needed to be dried out before new drywall and paint could be put in and applied. We are in the process of doing that and hope to bring in James for the drywall and paint work. His reviews and in person demeanor are very positive. We feel confident he will do a great job for us!"
