Everything is 5 star, from the two men who finished in less than a days work, to their kindness, professionalism, and happy demeanor to the install and cleanup and the end productâ top notch, first class, and **** Five star. "It was perfect! They had to replace butcher block countertops that had been incorrectly installed by another company. They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. Exceptional people to work with!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!"

"From start to finish, Brooks flooring was very easy to work with. Everyone that I talked to was very friendly and they were very responsive. The quality of the work was also very good. They filled all the nail holes of the shoe molding which was a big plus as I've had to fight with contractors over this issue. After I received the initial quote, I decided to do the removal myself. Although it wasn't terribly expensive, I wanted to save some money. Not recommended if you have linoleum floors. It was probably not worth it in the long run because they are incredibly annoying to remove and are installed on wood subfloors with a million staples. On the positive side, I got some experience removing and installing toilets. Very pleased with Brooks and would definitely work with them again in the future."
