Company reps..(appointment scheduler & service tech) were not aware of Angies List "Deal" and I had to reschedule after the first service tech arrived unprepared to perform the full audit. The second visit was performed satisfactorily. I was a little disappointed by the cursory infrared scan that didn't impress me nor provide me with any substantial results. At the end of the audit I did receive a printout of various options that could be accomplished to increase our comfort & reduce our energy use. (the "standard options": radiant attic barrier and/or seal the crawlspace) All options were priced higher than similar quotes by other companies. I probably won't use this company for the work...But it was good to get their views of problem areas of my house."

"I called Anderson Roofing on a Friday, and spoke to Jerry the owner. He drove to my house, looked at the repair that was needed, and called me at work while he was at the house. He gave me the estimate over the phone and said that they can have the repair done on Monday morning. I told him I would call him back. On Saturday, I called Jerry and asked if Monday was still available, he said yes, I asked him to do the repair. Monday morning, his two sons show up and within a few hours they were done.
