The laundry room's doorway was 28" and my washer/dryer were 29". Since Eager Beaver had such great reviews I sent them a message hoping that they could come out and open up the doorway right away... they did! They showed up right on time and were very nice. I had found a couple of 16" doors in the attic to replace the existing door so the guys needed to resize the doorway to accommodate the new doors. They removed the small door, trim and molding and then cut away a few inches. They then added the lumber and adjusted the trim etc. so the doorway is now bigger and the new doors look like they belong there. They always cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Definitely recommend

- Adrian ConstructionDonovan Adrian, owner, his project manager, Jason and the whole crew always showed up on time, were professional, friendly and their quality of work is excellent. Donovan and Jason kept in touch everyday and sometimes twice in one day depending on the goals for that day. Again, the quality of work is excellent and their communication skills are the best I have ever encountered! They were very helpful in making decisions about the new design of the bathroom and always available to answer my questions. They will be completing phase 2 of construction to remove and replace all the dirt in my brick planter which runs the length of the front of my house and is about 3' high. There have been water and termite problems due to the planter that caused damage in my living room walls (the inside walls of the planter). Donovan will also rebuild planter walls on existing planter, repair back wall of planter, seal it and install new stucco above planter and all the materials that requires. I am having his company complete this work because of the excellent and timely completion of the previous jobs. I am sure the quality of the work on my planter will be as excellent as the above repairs already completed. I will write a further review upon the completion of phase 2. I recommend Adrian Construction without reservation

So good that when the other door opener wore out (again, 20 years old), I had them replace that one too. I can't talk about service after the sale because they did such a great job, I don't need service!! We also had both doors replaced (original, rusted) without a problem! Truly professional folks. I wouldn't call anyone else!!

"Sal returned my call quickly to set up an appointment and asked if it was urgent (it wasn't). Brennan came out 2 days later to re-key the locks and offered to check my smoke detectors which I knew needed to be replaced. Since he had the smoke detectors in the van he was able to replace them very quickly. He also repaired the glass door hinge for no extra charge. He used shoe covers when entering the house. I'm planning to use them again to install a DIY alarm system once I purchase. If you need a locksmith do not hesitate to contact them. I'm very happy with their service and their prices are very reasonable.
