Everything went great. After they fixed the joist... We had them turn screened in porch into a sunroom. It turned out great. Looks like it's original with the house.

I ordered the front door to size and what was standard 40 years ago is not standard in today standards. So they had to reframe the front door opening.Looks  great.... These guys are always professional.

They were great. From the estimate provided via email and over the phone, to the gentleman who showed up right on time. Top notice, professional, friendly people.

We built a much larger bathroom. We worked with Trey, who was so patient. They were forward thinking as far as what we’d need, and had a lot of ideas. We ended up with a bathroom that really suited our needs and is very age-friendly.  They were very responsive, and even now they'll send someone over if we had a problem. They moved and enlarged a closet and put a vent in the attic.  However, the project did take over 2 mos. It seemed like forever. We love the final product.

I have had several people out to see what type of service I received.  All of them say that the work was below standards for such a high price.

I love my cabinets and get a little thrill every time I enter the kitchen. Everyone that sees them remarks on how attractive they are.

My bathroom remodel was a complete disaster. I began having a mold problem and decided to have my bathroom remodeled since it was going to be demolished anyways. Strock came very highly recommended, but I cannot tell you why. Strock himself seemed to know his stuff, but the rest of his staff were awful to work with. Before the project began, we spent over an hour in the bathroom discussing details of the projects. We decided on measurements and design and everything was written down clearly by Strock himself. I was assured that everything would be passed along to the people completing the work but that did not happen. If it could have been messed up, it was. My shower tile was cut improperly by his team, prompting them to use accent tiles (which I provided) to fill in an awkward gap towards the bottom of the shower. It looks awkward, but I was not given any other options. Higher up, they put in the actual accent band. The tile work is sloppy, to say it nicely. Later, I discovered that my shower control was installed completely off center (5 inches). Strock then tried to blame me, saying that the controller I picked wouldn't fit in the space. Rather than consult me before installing it, they went ahead and put it in. They then tried to tell me that having it off center was "in style" because it makes it easier to reach in and turn the shower on before getting in. That would be fine and dandy- if it wasn't on the wrong side of the shower to make that plausible. When they finally got around to putting accent tile around the tub, we discovered that the tiles used to fill in the gap in the shower did not leave enough to complete the whole rim of the tub. I had been assured that this would not be a problem when the tiles were used in the shower to fix their mistake. Because I had provided the tile, they opted to only use what they had and installed the most awkward looking accent band around my bathtub. Finally, they installed new vanity mirrors, cabinets, and lighting. That part turned out nicely, except for the fact that one of the lights (glass, high end from Circa) was broken upon installation. Rather than order a replacement, they sat the piece on top haphazardly. I am very short and the broken piece was out of my range of vision. Keep in mind that this was over my vanity- where I routinely lean in directly under the light to do my makeup. The piece could have fallen and hit me right in the head at any time! We seriously considered withholding payment until the work was fixed but ultimately decided against it due to a time crunch. I still get very frustrated when I look at the work they did in my home and would never suggest this company to a friend. Once the work began, I never again saw Strock himself. Once my deposit was paid, he disappeared. Partially, I think my being a young, single female effected their treatment of me. I was treated as a child in my own home by Strock's employees, who were mostly very young and spoke very little English. The project took over twice as long as was initially estimated. This was truly an awful experience!

Contacted company, left message and received a friendly call in return. Owner was the one who called and we discussed the desired work in general. Offered to evaluate the work at my home the next day; however, was upfront and honest on his availability. As he had a relatively full schedule for 6 to 8 weeks I reluctantly had to forgo his visit. I understand why he was experiencing a full schedule, he does good work at a good price. Wish all companies were at even half as responsive as Strock Enterprises. Nothing worse than being ignored, especially when a company initially expressed their interest. This company is responsive to potential customers. Recommended.

Everything went really well. We received a detailed contract outlining what was going to be done, with what materials. And a total cost of the project, including all of our selections. Before the work started all of the floors from the door to the bathroom were covered with cardboard to protect the flooring. Dust walls were installed as well. During the demolition everyday when we came home everything was swept up and the cardboard was cleaned off. During the construction a problem was found with the floor support system. Before any work was done we were made aware of the problem, and given a detailed price to fix the problem. Even with the set back we were finished with the project before our company came into town. There was a problem with the tile that I selected. I wanted matching floor and wall tile, the floor tile came in labeled the same color, but was very different. It was figured out that that is how the floor tile actually is and the tile sample board was misleading. We found another tile to compliment the wall tile and I think the result was a richer looking bathroom. All of the suppliers Strock sent us to to make selections were wonderful and super easy to work with. We went to Fergusson to pick out plumbing fixtures on our own and never received any help so Strock sent us to Molufs and we had everything selected and ordered within an hour. The bathroom turned out exactly as we pictured it, slightly above budget because of the hidden problem with the floor supports.

..The project started out very well, The quailty of the work was excellent. Later in the project things started looking poor. The workmanship had started to fail. I made a punch list ,by the contractor request, and was told that i was to picky, could not believe that i was told this. I would use them again for a smaller project, but no large one. I would say thaty TREY was very good to work with and very professional.

It went extremely well.  They arrived eactly on time for the estimate.  Made a thorough inspection of the damage and provided a couple options for the repair.  I let them know my preference and they said they would contact me in a day or two with a proposal, which they did.  I accepted their quote and gave them a time period within I would like the work completed.  They started the repair within the timeframe I requested, showing up exactly at the time agreed upon.  They were meticulous in their work and paid attention to every detail.  Their work was of the highest caliber and I could not have asked for a more professional and thorough job.  They are a delight to work with and their customer service is exceptional. .

I hired him but didn't use him; I mean, he drew some designs for me but, he was way too expensive. He did a great job on the drawings that he did, but it was outrageously expensive.

Thanks to everyone at  Strock Design & Remodel.  Your service was friendly, efficient and professional and the job was done in a very timely manner.  They took great care of me on short notice which was very much appreciated.  This will be a company that I will definitely use again and recommend to friends and co-workers.

He was incredibly professional and responded to every question we had. He was very pleasant and upfront on the design.  Based on other projects he’s done it’s apparent the quality of his work is very high.    If we could have afforded it we would have been very happy with the work I’m sure.  His rates for the designs were in-line with other custom renovation companies.   We were just a little surprised on the cost.

I would highly recommend them.  They do things on-time and stand behind their work.  They’re very easy work with.  They don’t charge anything beyond what the initial cost estimate is.

The majority of the cabinets were delivered timely.  The island cabinet was delayed due to it being custom.  Since our home is older, there was settling to be dealt with, but the installer was very knowledgeable and professional and did a superb job ensuring the cabinets were level and square.  Several weeks later when the island cabinet was delayed, it was found that a slightly larger size had been shipped.  It was determined that the larger cabinet would still work in the space and with the granite slab selected.  However, the finish panel that was shipped was for the smaller cabinet not sent.  As a result, the island was installed but additional delay was encountered waiting for the correct panel.  Once received, the installer again did a beautiful job.  A couple of days after the cabinets were installed, the granite countertops were put in place.  The countertop supplier did a fantastic job.
The only rub was that there seemed to be a decline in interest by Strock once the job got underway.  I suspect it was due to our job being small and business was beginning to pick up elsewhere.  After the peremeter cabinets were installed, we received a bill for partial payment via email.  No one contacted us to get feedback as to how happy we were with the install at that point.  We learned of the error in cabinet size and panel delay through the installer.  After completion of the entire cabinet and countertop installation, we received the final bill via email.  No one from Strock did a walk-through of the completed job, nor did anyone call to get our feedback.

Trey identified the issues, explained to us who they use for their supplies, had us go with him to pick out the cabinets, faucets, sinks, fixtures, etc.  Strock Enterprises Inc., is a top notch company and I will be using them for future remodeling projects in my house.

They were very helpful. Unfortunately, I waited 3 weeks and they never got back to me with the estimate. The day I signed with another contractor, he called to apologize for the delay, but it was too late at that point.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! The damage to the wood studs inside the wall was worse than we had imagined and there were two leaks in the plumbing that had probably been leaking for years. Based on the estimate given, in addition to repairing the wall, we decided to replace the vanity with a second sink, install another outlet, and repair a leak from the ventilation fan. Strock Enterprises and Thomas, their Project Manager, did such a great job! They used only professionals to do the work involved in plumbing, electrical, painting, and general work. All of the sub contractors  were courteous and very, very neat. Even though they had placed protective sheets on the carpet, most of the workers still took off their shoes when they came inside. We ended up with a custom built, double sink vanity with a quartz countertop, new light fixtures, new mirrors, an additional outlet, and new faucets. They also painted the whole bathroom and cleaned up everything.

The wood trim was replaced around the house and they had to build a custom header above the garage. Again, they painted neatly and cleaned up everything. We trust Strock Enterprises and are looking forward to future renovation projects that we have in mind.

Please realize that there were some unexpected and unforeseen delays that arose from issues outside their control (such as the damage to the wall being greater than expected, greater damage to the wood trim around the garage, and an issue with the custom vanity from the supplier), but we can happily say that Strock Enterprises took care of every single one of them better than we even expected.
