I needed a repair done to my home and they were able to accommodate my request quickly. I asked the tech upon his arrival how long the job would take, and was told "Oh, this is easy. 15 minutes tops." This turned into a 2-visit repair because it wasn't done properly the first time. The office was quick to rectify the situation, but was not done correctly the first time, and that is why I can't give 5 stars.

Jack Ross the owner was great to deal with. He had a great crew, headed up by James, that came out and repaired our front porch and back deck. They did some interior drywall repair around a shower and a tub and replaced 2 transom windows, as well. In addition, they replaced some interior trim and did some paint touch up. They were in and out promptly. They were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Excellent job!!!!

Work looks great and price seemed reasonable. House Doctor's was one of the few companies that even responded. I had two companies schedule for quotes and then did not show for appointment. Not the case here, very communicative and was on time.

Door installation was completed but not in accordance with the estimate. Door installation was not completed in accordance with the manufactures instructions. I provided detailed feedback to House Doctors but have received no response from them.

My tech (James) said when you inspected the door prior to him leaving you were satisfied with the install. We certainly guarantee our work and our goal is to satisfy our customers. I left a message for you and will be happy to come back with my tech to see what the issue may be. I look forward to hearing from you and resolving any potential issues you may have.
