His crew showed up on time and completed the work that was scheduled for that day. I used most of Rusty suggestions , from the design firm to the cabinet maker. Rusty taught me a lot through this 8 month process of the remodel. When an issue came up( as they often do in a remodel), he always had options to handle the situation. "Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

"I talked to Justin about wanting a floodlight camera above my garage door. I didn't have any pre existing wiring to use a wired one so wasn't sure what my options were. He picked out a solar panel ring light since that was going to be the cheapest and easier route than running wires to an electrical source. I'm very pleased at how it turned out. He picked up the camera the day we talked and the next day he was installing it. The installation looks very professional and secure. He also helped me finish installing my ring doorbell camera as I had lost the installation screws. Justin is defiantly my go to pro for all my future smart home projects! "

"Hired them 9/6/2025. They sent out a third party to measure the home. That third party never provided Evolution the measurements. Evolution sent out another third party and they measured the house at something like 2,400 sq ft. We were provided a draft of the house and almost all the measurements were off. We communicated with Eliza and Collin but the corrected drafts were inaccurate as well. All we were trying to do was convert a golf cart garage to a closet and connect an existing bathroom to that closet, which would have increased our square footage from 1,490 sq ft to 1,610 sq ft. We sent the accurate measurements that we took ourselves to Eliza on November 18, 2025. Today is December 29, and despite a follow up call to Collin a few weeks ago we still haven?t heard anything from her. Fortunately we only spent a few thousand dollars on these clowns and have now found a reputable local company who has many more five star reviews on Yelp and this site. Avoid them at all costs!!"

"We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We even ran into a repair that was needed on our roof which was not a problem for PBR. It was an additional cost which was to be expected. It was also more than reasonable. Their repair was exacting to code and saved us from a total roof job. The repair was exceptionally well done. The professionalism, attitude and "Can-Do" response was prompt and can not be over-stated! The ease of working with just ONE contractor for all things was also stress-free. We still have one remaining project on the outside of our home that we are currently awaiting an estimate for, from PBR. Our home was built in 1973 and after all these projects were completed, the house looks like new on the outside thanks to PBR and ALL their hired folks. Each and every one were pleasant, easy to work with and we even had fun while these projects were in works. The beauty and appearance of our home now is remarkable. We have had so many compliments from neighbors, friends etc., who pop by and are very impressed by everything they see. PBR made our dreams come true this year and this contractor can do the same for anyone! Kudos to Steven Thornley, Earl Mason and all the folks tied to PBR. We are extremely happy with all the work they have done and we are assured that any / all work done is outstanding and they stand by it all. If you have a similar job / project (s), then this is your one stop shopping around for a company that will get it right the first time and will last as long as you plan to own your home.
