Where do I start? Professionalism A+A+A+, worked with my schedule, I work 2 jobs. On time! Very respectful of my home. Answered all my questions and understood my needs. Recommendations they made were based on my budge without compromising quality and effectiveness. Only recommended what was necessary. Educated me on the humidity levels in my home, what is was and what it should be. They used their equipment for several days to make sure it got to those levels and checked on me almost daily to make sure everything was ok. They asked if I noticed a difference and of course I did, they inspected every inch of my place for mold, dust, mild dew, etc. They notice the filters I was using were incorrect and recommended the right ones and provided a link to where I can purchase in bulk to save money and how often to change them to be for effective based on my unit. He was very relatable, easy to understand and very knowledgably. They cared more about my concerns then charging me A+A+

We had the opportunity to work with Joel on mold removal and crawl space encapsulation. Jesse and Daniel cleaned all of the mold under the house and inside as well. They removed all the insulation in the crawl space and did the encapsulation. I highly recommend them.

Carolina Mold Solutions did an absolutely fantastic job of remediating a mold problem we had in our condominium. The owner, Joel Few, responded quickly to our inquiry and stopped by the same day to assess our problem and provided us with an extremely reasonable quote. He was also able to schedule the work around our travel plans even though it was the week before Christmas. Joel and his team completed the remediation in just one day and were able to drop the humidity level in our home significantly before our return. He also provided us with frequent updates during the job and excellent recommendations on how to prevent future mold issues. We used CA Mold Solutions to encapsulate our crawlspace after finding high levels of humidity and signs of mold. Joel and Stephen were always available for questions I had during the process. They were busy and a few weeks out from being able to do the work, so they brought out a dehumidifier and air scrubber as Joel could tell it would help make me feel better having those until the work was done. When the work started, the crew was very professional and cleaned up every day. I am very pleased with the end product and would hire CA Mold Solutions again, although I hope I don't have to!

Carolina Mold Solutions is a highly professional company that provided quick and efficient services. We had a rental property that had tenets living in it for a couple years and were never informed that there was an issue in one of the bathrooms. We only found the issue after we were able to regain possession of the property. We called Carolina Mold, and they came out that day to look at the problem. By that evening we had a quote to complete the work. They scheduled the work for three days later and two technicians arrived at the scheduled time. They partitioned off the bathroom and performed remediation on the area. They also scrubbed down the walls and all the carpets on that floor to make sure that all the surrounding rooms had been treated too. That evening, I received an email with a link to all the photos that had been taken for my records; as well as confirmation of payment. Carolina Mold Solutions was responsive, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who is having a mold issue.
