Joel and his two men covered all our furniture with plastic, carefully removed all room items, carefully removed all required drywall, explained the entire process to us, and now has provided us with a reputable stucco company to repair the outside wall that may be leaking water into the house. Joel was fabulous! We needed immediate care, and Joel was right on time for us. He provided information in a very logical way for me to understand and began eliminating the source of the problem and also disinfecting the house. Thus eliminating the odor. His prompt service was very notable especially in this time of waiting for people to show up. Joel was also helpful in uncovering other areas in the house that needed caulking. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Joel and his team. I called on a Friday inquiring about mold remediation (cleaning of my whole condo downtown) and physical removal of funghi/mold that had grown due to water leakage and by the following week all was resolved. Joel, Larry, and the team are extremely professional and friendly! They have a lot of combined knowledge and experience to remove any mold and they educated us on how to prevent it from returning.
