"They are a busy company and I can understand why. It seemed like things were slow but a lot was going on behind what I could visualize. The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. My power bills went from $320 a month to $9.18 and even with the solar payment I am saving hundreds of dollars a month. The crews were very professional and did not take any short cuts. In this world everyone wants immediate installation and results but somethings take a little time to achieve the results expected.
