I have no complaints with the installation. Everyone in the company was courteous ,knowledgeable and easy to deal with. My complaint is with the financing company that I used to pay for it, I was new to the area and let Never Dark Set up the financing , It was done through Synchrony Bank and Pay Pal. It has been a total rip off by the bank and Pay Pal. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Outstanding company to work with. Family run and they care about the quality of their work and satisfaction of their customers. Very knowledgeable and reliable. I used them to keep my old Coleman generator running and just recently used them to replace the unit with a new Generac. Extremely happy with them.

Steve and his employees were very knowledgeable and professional. I searched for months to have an electrician, RV dealer, sign shop, anyone wire a generator into my box truck to run an LED billboard sign. When everyone else said no Steve said he never did anything like that before but he'd try. His guys had it done in half a day. They did a clean neat job, tired and tucked all the wires, hung boxes and equipment. He went over and above our expectations. They clearly know what they're doing. I don't know if they were a value or not. It seemed very expensive for maintenance, but again, not sure.

I hope at least our expertise, customer service, and the fact that we knew that the previous maintenance was done incorrectly counts for something.
