I am beginning to think Rodney is a scam artist. He has plenty of time to schedule work, but no time to do the work as scheduled. He has dropped me 2x and told me he has too many jobs to schedule, no time to do the work."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I had Mr. Blume come out to sweep my chimney on a wood stove that had been professionally installed a few years ago only for him to tell me the chimney support was not installed right and I needed to have it reworked and some other things done. He charge me a $125 service call and was going to get back to me with an estimate on what it would cost to do this. He never got back to me. I feel totally taken advantage of and ripped off!!!!!! I'm a widow on a fixed income which he knew."

"I had Mr. Blume come out to sweep my chimney on a wood stove that had been professionally installed a few years ago only for him to tell me the chimney support was not installed right and I needed to have it reworked and some other things done. He charge me a $125 service call and was going to get back to me with an estimate on what it would cost to do this. He never got back to me. I feel totally taken advantage of and ripped off!!!!!! "I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

"Contacted A+ to have squirrel removed. We were not sure how many squirrels were up in our attic when we called. They came and set 2 humane traps on a Monday morning and 2 days later the squirrel was caught and they came to get the squirrel the day it was caught. They left the other trap set up. On Friday of that same week, they came and removed the 2nd trap that was still empty. They then sealed up all the locations where squirrels could possibly be getting in. Their office location is about an hour from our home but they took on the job and made the multiple trips to our home in one week to take care of our problem. We would definitely hire them again."
